This place consistently gets our orders incorrect. Try to avoid the drive through. You can be the only one in line and wait over 30 minutes and your order will be labeled correctly but will not contain the sandwiches you ordered. Really need either better staffing levels or better training.

Went in to the store in veterans day to receive the free combo meal ( verified by military.com as well as being done for previous years too ) and was told that was not being offered. I then called the old field point location and the town center location and was told they are in fact offering this to veterans. The manager Terrence is a flat out liar and a disgrace to his company. Will be reporting to the BBB for false advertising.

I rarely goʻ there but when I do I am always greeted by the kindest person. However whoever made my food jus completely ignored my ticket which read NO ONIONS OR CHEESE. I get to work and take a bite and I have the most cheese and onions I have ever tasted it was horrible

I asked for no onions on my French dip sandwich, and the cashier told my husband that it doesn't come with onions, when it does. I am at home and sick and my husband was trying to do something sweet to take care of me. He came home with a sandwich covered in onions which I cannot eat! He also requested extra Au jus, because that is how I eat my French dips, and he was given only a small cup, not even the size that comes with the large size sub! So he took the food back to the store to have them correct it, they were extremely rude, they were making comments under their breath about my husband, and they never apologized for their mistake! They kept arguing with my husband as if he had ordered wrong instead of them screwing up the order! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I will be calling their manager first thing Monday morning! We are VERY disappointed.
