I rarely goʻ there but when I do I am always greeted by the kindest person. However whoever made my food jus completely ignored my ticket which read NO ONIONS OR CHEESE. I get to work and take a bite and I have the most cheese and onions I have ever tasted it was horrible

I asked for no onions on my French dip sandwich, and the cashier told my husband that it doesn't come with onions, when it does. I am at home and sick and my husband was trying to do something sweet to take care of me. He came home with a sandwich covered in onions which I cannot eat! He also requested extra Au jus, because that is how I eat my French dips, and he was given only a small cup, not even the size that comes with the large size sub! So he took the food back to the store to have them correct it, they were extremely rude, they were making comments under their breath about my husband, and they never apologized for their mistake! They kept arguing with my husband as if he had ordered wrong instead of them screwing up the order! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I will be calling their manager first thing Monday morning! We are VERY disappointed.

Drive thru wait time was over 10 minutes after placing order at speaker box. Only 3 cars plus mine, in line.

Wow, I ordered thru door dash, ordered 4 full size sandwiches, all of them were put together like a 2 yr did it, plus they used the very ends of tomatoes to put on the sandwiches that alone made us toss them all in the trash. The bread was like dough on the bottoms too much pepper on them all. I use to like firehouse, this won't be in business long not with the staff they have now.

Online ordering is fast and easy.

This location is the slowest. You place your order then you drive around, takes a cashier 10 minutes to even open the window and accept the payment, another 15 to get the food. Nobody else in the building. Staff is in there laughing it up though.

So much better than Southside store! People aren't to friendly at that one. I prefer Baymeadows store 💖
