Please fix how the salads are now displayed for pick up - I hate that I cant see what I am getting. I thought I was getting a fire house salad with meat but there are no meat - and this was after referencing the pictures that was by the display cabinet. And I feel like it is inappropriate to be opening tops to see what is inside.I also dislike that the to-go station is NEVER open.

Options more limited than other locations and was nervous based on reviews, but happy I tried Stephanie H. the grill cook was very friendly and is perfect for a location at a hospital, seems like most people here are friendly so was great.

The women who took our order was amazing. Aside from that everything was terrible. Sandwiches were not made correct and when we brought it back I was basically told that we were wrong . We had three people trying to tell us what it was "suppose" to be. After having it remade it was still wrong. This place is a chaotic mess! Will not be returning.

I have been in this established multiple times and today was the worst ever it's is 4:08pm September 19, 2023. It was a young lady in there first she already had a nasty attitude like she was mad I came in when I walked up her response was What you want and before you order come pay for whatever you get cause I don't want to make the food for nothing. She always has an attitude I have complained before and nothing happen she still there I have witness who says the same thing. Now I need the number to the actual owners or who is over the franchise because this is not right. Next time I'm calling the health department and the news since nobody cares how they franchise is run. I will be waiting on a response in 24 hrs or I'm taking the next step

My friend & I got lunch @ fire house subs at Baptist hospital because we had an appointment there. They were not terribly busy but were very slow. We both got medium hero sandwiches. My friend gets more vegetables in her sandwich than I do but a few hours after eating this I was so sick, throwing up. I contacted my friend she said she too was sick. When people vomit after eating your food, the health department needs to find out why. Will never eat here again.

My wife got the ny steamer but they were out of corned beef and said it would get extra pastrami but I don’t think it did or the regular comes with just a few pieces. For the price it really isn’t worth it. It was $38 for 2 large sub combos. Better than most hospitals food though and I didn’t have to drive. Staff was awesome.

This has to be the slowest Firehouse ever!! They have no priority of getting peoples their food! They move so slow with multiple people waiting. One person making subs! They all act like you're bothering them to do their job! It should NEVER take over 30 mins to get a sub. People are on their breaks. Terrible.

If I could give this particular Firehouse Sub zero stars, I would. They are the most unprofessional and nasty set of people, and they do not want to work. As my son and I entered the doors and walked up to the counter, one of the workers behind the counter blurted out to the other employee, "Tell 'em it's gon be a 30 minute wait". She had a nasty demeanor and a stank tone. The other employee, knowing she was being nasty, replied with an uncomfortable giggly gesture, "Naw, I'm not gon do them like that. It don't have to be that long". (laugh, laugh ,laugh) I paused for a second because I couldn't believe this is how employees working around food for people visiting the hospital would treat people. They have no idea why people are at the hospital. They don't know what sort of emotional issues people are battling. Firehouse Subs, you need to do better. You should not have employees with no sense of people skills working in a location such as a hospital. The hospital is a place where people are grieving daily. No one wants to deal with rude, disrespectful, nasty food workers when all you want to do is get a little bite and get back to your loved ones. Firehouse Sub, do better training of these employees. Put a customer feedback QR code in the store and have the feedback go directly to corporate. Encourage patrons to leave feedbacks and see if the environment of these workers changes.

Terrible service. Too many people waiting for their food. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. No one even look to take my order. Walked out. Would NOT recommend this location!
