I'm a big fan of Firehouse and have been to several in the Jax area. This is a consistent location and hands down my favorite to visit. Staff, freshness, cleanliness, etc. In fact, I live closer to another location but I loathe going there vs this location. Keep it up! :)

Been awhile since I've actually had a memorable interaction at a fast food place. The service is peak, and the employees are super nice. I don't normally get subs at firehouse but I honestly might start going more. 👌

We ordered a take out order about 25 minutes before closing, and they canceled the order. I understand you’re close to closing time. However, if you’re not willing to stay open to that time, then adjust your actual open hours. If you’re open, then be open and do business. I’m pretty disappointed at this lack of service.
