Had brunch. Eggs were WAY OVERCOOKED.. Very loud. Bacon was good. Too much money for the poorly cooked food and long wait. Staff was plesent. We had a reservation, but still had over a half hour wait..😡
We sat down at First Watch which we have been to before but not at this location me and my friend order breakfast our food came out and I took two bites and saw a big black curly hair in my potatoes, which caused me to run to the bathroom and throw up what little I just had eaten. The operations manager came over and didn't even apologize and just asked what the problem was, he offered to give us a coupon and take the potatoes off of our order. From where I was sitting I could see directly into the kitchen and none of the staff were wearing hair nets or beard nets. Our server even came over and didn't even apologize we sent all the food back and they still charge us full price for our entire order which we didn't even eat. I expect more from First Watch considering it's so expensive to eat there and it's a higher-end breakfast place. We will not be returning to this franchise ever again. The Florida Department of food and health safety should be contacted and do an investigation on this place for cleanliness.

I like the restaurant. The service is great. However, if I eat outside, I have to watch for dog fur/hair flying and landing on my food and table. I get people want to bring their dogs EVERYWHERE, however, I should also be able to enjoy my food outside without finding dog fur in my food or table.
