I ordered and I was impressed by the freshness and perfectly cooked eggs, biscuits, pancakes, our biscuit gravy and much more. Just the way I requested them to be prepared. I truly appreciate the care they took in making my breakfast and I want to say thank you to those in the kitchen working hard to serve us 🙏🏻

Wanted something different, ordered a Farmhouse, YUK!! WHAT A MISTAKE!! that was just NASTY! Never again! And why dont they have SPLENDA on the table, they bring you coffee and if they take off before you notice; theres NO SPLENDA ON THE TABLE!! What a waste of time, i like my coffee steaming hot nothing worse than luke warm coffee, another YUK! Nope not sure returning to FIRST WATCH which was my “Last watch” HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

I’ve been coming here since opening day, and the standard has gone down completely.
This was not my first issue. On a prior visit, eggs were forgotten on my sandwich, and when I raised the concern, the assistant manager responded by asking, “What do you want me to do?”
Most recently, when I asked about a noticeable portion difference, the general manager stated that she checks every bowl before it comes out, corrected my pronunciation of the item (quinoa), and dismissed the concern. I’ve been ordering this bowl consistently for two years.
I’ve refrained from leaving reviews in the past, but this interaction was the final straw. While I did receive a refund, the tone of the interaction came across as condescending and rude, and it made me feel small. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
