Came in with my family from out of town. I have digestive issues and they would not allow me to make substitutions so I had to sit there and not eat while my family did. This was terrible that as a disabled veteran I can’t make changes so I can enjoy a meal. I used to be a frequent customer but will not be back.

I give high marks and five stars in every category! First Watch at Oakleaf never disappoints.
The main attraction is their General Manager, Sarah. She rates five stars also for excellent customer service and satisfaction. She goes above and beyond and never misses the smallest detail. She's on it! She is tops!

The food tastes great but I would appreciate receiving all the items I ordered and condiments. I also noticed whoever made our drinks went very light on the lavender for the purple haze. There was barely any in our drinks.

The atmosphere, the food, and the choices on First Watch menu's were numerous.
I ordered the Floridian French Toast. It was the best French toast I have ever eaten!! Their service was wonderful. 5 out of 5 stars in every category!!
Dietary restrictions: There are items on their menus for no dietary restrictions. There are also food items listed that could be considered vegan. I'm not certain because my knowledge of what a Vegan diet consists of is limited.

The only reason why I am giving 5 stars ⭐️ is because of our waitress Kayla. We came in on a Saturday morning and she was so busy. Our food was not right but she did her best to make it right and her service was amazing. She was so sweet and tried to connect with us when she had any free moments. Kayla- thank you more than you know. You are a shining light ⭐️⭐️⭐️
