So I ordered on their website for delivery. I didn’t know it didn’t come from them and it came from a third-party. So I had a delivery time of 9:15 AM but then I changed it shortly there after and changed it to 10 so I found out it was DoorDash and they delivered it at 8:45 and I had called the store and explained to them what happened and I spoke to Joey and he was phenomenal. He apologized. He just rectified the situation, he didn’t go on about different things. He just said OK something happened with the system let’s get it fixed, so he said I can call the delivery service and have them come back yeah but DoorDash stinks and they were no help, so I had to go back down there and pick it up. He remade it for me and he also gave me a $20 Gift card for the future. So JOEY Best customer service thank you

Our drinks were always full, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Avery anticipated our needs before we even had to ask — such a rare quality these days!
The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and every part of our meal was spot on. Thanks to Avery and the whole team at First Watch for starting our day off right. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a chain restaurant know for breakfast and brunch. The portion sizes are good size and the price matches the portion but it's still breakfast food and there's nothing super about it. I ordered eggs Benedict with no sides, which costs the same, even though there was no salad or mountain of potatoes. The eggs Benedict was passable but nothing to rave about and was overwhelmed with lemon flavor. I've had better. The elite breakfast burrito was gigantic so unless you need 3 meals at once or plan to take it home, it's too big. The mint mocha iced coffee needed more coffee. The pesto chicken quinoa bowl and power breakfast quinoa bowl both presented well, are good size, and tasty, but everyone at the table had to salt or pepper the food. This is the third First Watch I have visited and probably the last. I'm not a fan of mediocre breakfast.

We came for lunch about 1:00 p.m. and really enjoyed our meal. We were seated promptly and had outstanding service. The food was served quickly and was delicious. I had the half club sandwich on sour dough bread and tomato bisque soup. My husband had the avocado toast with an egg over easy. We will definitely be back.
