We had such a great morning here, and a huge part of that was our server, Samantha. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome. She walked us through the specials, helped us customize our omelets, and made sure my bacon came out extra crispy like I asked. Our plates came out hot and fast, and she checked in on us just enough, making sure we had everything we needed. She really made the whole breakfast feel easy and enjoyable, honestly one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in a while. We’ll absolutely be asking for her again.

First Watch is a staple for good and healthy option for breakfast and brunch. The atmosphere is always great and the service is on point. This one off Baymeadows was the first time for us while visiting Jacksonville and it didn't disappoint. Will recommend this location for sure.

The food was good. The service was okay, not a whole lot of attention or refill action on drinks. Had breakfast over the weekend and wanted to break a larger bill. The cashier had zero dollar bills, and even said they ran out the day before. I wanted to tip appropriately, but I wasn't going to overtip for mediocre service. Kind of not cool for the waitresses or the customers.
