We've had issues off and on with order quality for to go orders. My husband has spoken to the GM several times about orders being incorrect etc. This culminated in (because it's an admittedly unique order) the kitchen spitting in his food. I have photos, its clearly a mucous filled clump of spit. Absolutely disgusting. I've worked food service previously and I get that custom orders are sometimes annoying but nothing in his was unreasonable, or difficult, just adding extra sides to an existing order. All he wanted was them to fill the order correctly consistently. And that's how the staff decided to handle it.

I live this app. The food and service are top notch
The wife and I had breakfast at First Watch. The breakfast was good. The waitress was attentive and friendly, the restaurant was clean. Everything was good. When we went to pay our bill. I was surprised that they didn’t offer Military discount or senior discount. I only support restaurants that support military and seniors. I probably won’t be back to eat there again until they change their policy. There are to many restaurants that support them. That’s why I support them.
