I love this restaurant and this location. Come here all the time. The breakfast foods are amazing and I usually get the skillet bowls. They have gluten-free bread substitutes that actually taste like bread which is nice. Service is always wonderful, never had a bad experience. On busy days and weekends there can be about a 20-30 min wait but I swear it's worth it.Parking: Not hard to find a parking spot and even if it was, the restaurant is located in a plaza where you can park at other establishments and make a short walk.Kid-friendliness: Pretty sure there was a kids menu. They have juice and basic breakfast foods.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible, although the front entrance can get a little cramped. If busy, it's best to go through the side entrance where the outdoor tables are. That entrance is a little wider.

My friend and I went today for my birthday shortly after 12. Food was great, I had the French Toast and a Mimosa. My kids loved the kids chocolate chip pancake meal, it was huge! Waitress was friendly and always checking on us. Those who cashed us out are also lovely! Gave my kids stickers and took a photo for us. Will definitely come back againKid-friendliness: Coloring for the kids, stickers at checkout , highchairs, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

My breakfast was delivered, so that part was great. But, the "home fries" were seriously underdone to the point of being inedible. They were also way too salty. Health??? I also filled out the "Contact Us" on the website only to be informed it would take up to 3 days to get back to me. This is not acceptable. Update - after a phone call today, I was offered a $20 gift card and a promise to check on the cook time of the potatoes I guess to make sure they are fork tender all the way through as they should be. But, since I do not eat in, I used delivery, there is no way to make good on the offer. Guess they don't really care at all.

My partner and I were greeted and seated. After that we were ignored. No acknowledgement from the wait staff at all. After waiting for 10 min and watching other patrons that came in after us receive their drink order, we left. The least that the staff could have done was to acknowledge that we were seated and that they were busy. I'm not the type to leave reviews but this visit was completely upsetting and left a bad taste in my mouth.
Went to First Watch for the first time after a nite out with my Wife celebrating our 3rd year anniversary so we wanted to try a new spot for breakfast so we ordered some food to go and got home and was Highly disappointed in the food. The seasoned potatoes we had were over salted, the grits were drowned in butter and looked like a heart attack waiting to happen, we got the (works omelet) the omelets were filled with mostly onions and mushrooms, barely any meat. My Wife's French toast tasted like bread with cinnamon on top. Can't see how this place has so many good reviews as I must have had a bad cook on a even worst day. I put pics of my Grits and all the onions that were in my omelet and a pic of those over salted seasoned potatoes.

May have been a bit partial as biscuits and gravy were the objective. Nonetheless, they were spot on. The eggs were exactly as ordered. Atmosphere? Was nice and clean. However, the atmosphere was trying too hard to be generic, which left it just bland. Our server was young and believed he had too many tables because I saw him working his but off yet still failed to check on our food and drinks for 40 minutes.
