Fit Meals Prep

I don’t order online ! I usually go in and pick up a couple things to help with lunch meal prep ! They keep their fridge stocked with quick grab n go meals and everything is labeled so u know what ur looking for

Very good. They make a rotating menu of delicious and healthy meal prep foods. Way better than the non-stop issues I had with Super Fit Foods. Just wish they had a pick up location closer to Southside and Baymeadows or Riverside/Avondale.

I have been a customer for several months now and I LOVE everything about FIT meals. There are a lot of options each week, with flexibility to meet my personal needs (Whole30 compliant, no broccoli). The meals are fresh, delicious, and delivered in a timely manner. Give them a try…and now I’ll go back to enjoying my Firecracker meatballs (with peppers and cauliflower instead of broccoli :)

We have been ordering from FitMeals consistently for several years. There is a new menu each week and you can pick and choose what you’d like and how many. They also have snacks, salads, protein bars, and more. They have options for dietary restrictions and weight loss / gain too. This saves us time and is a healthy solution to meals.

I’ve been very happy with the meals I have ordered from FitMeals. They are very fresh and flavorful. The chicken is so tender. They introduce new meals so the variety is good and you can freeze them if you need to. I highly recommend FitMeals.
