Five Guys in Jacksonville

“I ordered through the app right at a peak dinner rush around 7:30. These guys were hustling and moving, but they still gave a smile to each customer, even if they didn’t smile back in return. Great job crew! And the burgers and fries never disappoint.“

“I have never had a good experience at a five guys restaurant before. From the food being prepared bad, to a location forgetting to put meat on my to go hamburger, I’ve just despised this franchise. However, this time I have a different opinion. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to get fries and a shake. I decided to get something as well. The food was very flavorful and the fries were cooked and seasoned to what I would consider perfection. I still feel it is very overpriced but this location ran things smoothly and took care with the cooking of the burgers and fries . Well done.“

“First time at this specific location and I was really blown away. I came right at opening time after doing some shopping. Sometimes when you show up somewhere right at open time people can be annoyed but the entire team greeted my husband and I and were super friendly. I believe Andrew took my order at the register and he made sure to ask if we wanted drinks and double checked if we wanted two patties or one. Very helpful. The manager, I believe her name was Teeka (I apologize if I misspell or if I’m slightly off), was incredibly friendly and she was very communicative with her team. One team member came in for work and she greeted them and asked how they were. I also over heard her giving the game plan for the day. As a regional leader for another company in the area myself, I know how important that is in the workplace. It felt like they all worked in one cohesive unit. The food was great as well, everything came out exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. I would go out of my way to come back to this location specifically. Thank you!!“

Treat him right because somebody looking for a good customer service representative in any field just might try to snitch him from you. 🤠 He was really singing the praises of five guys. “This Five Guys location has consistently great burgers, made just the way want! They offer a large variety of burger toppings. The fries portions are huge - great for sharing.
The gentleman taking our order on Mother's Day was very patient with questions and changes. The burgers take a little longer than a fast food restaurant because they are made to order. So they are hot and fresh - worth a few extra minutes! Enjoy some peanuts while you wait. 🤗“
