Five Guys

Went to the 5 Guys on Town Center today and it was a total disappointment. The heavy-set lady working the counter had the worst attitude I've ever seen. She was short, rude, and acted like my order was a personal inconvenience. On top of that, the music was blasting so loud you literally couldn't hear a word anyone was saying. I couldn't understand what she was asking me and she couldn't hear my answers. Had to basically yell my entire order like an idiot.
The place is way too loud to even enjoy a meal. Not a good place to eat at all if you want to have a conversation or even just relax. Food was okay but the experience was miserable. Never going back.

Just ordered DoorDash Five Guys from this location. What a huge disappointment. Burger patty not freshly cooked (or at least doesn't taste like it), and it's smaller than before. Bun not very fresh. We got about 1/2 the quantity of fries as prior orders. Prices higher than ever - insanely high for what you get now. Looks like they have changed their business model and decided that customers won't notice, won't care. I do care and I won't order from this location again. Too bad as I've been a fan in the past.

This location has one guy who has a really hard time with fries. Some how they end up hollow and limp at the same time. My guess is par cooking them too long.

My name is Manuel, and I am a delivery driver who attempted to pick up an order at the Five Guys location in Jacksonville Town Center on January 10, 2026, at approximately 8:23 PM.

When I entered the store, an employee wearing a burgundy wig was working the front area. I greeted her upon arrival, but she did not acknowledge me. When I asked about the order, she told me it had already been picked up, but the way this was communicated was rude and dismissive.

I understand that multiple drivers may have come in for the same order, and I recognize that this situation was not caused by the store employee. However, as a delivery driver who was simply doing my job, I should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. The tone and manner in which this was handled made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I am reporting this so the situation can be addressed and future interactions with delivery drivers and customers are handled respectfully.

I have never had a good experience at a five guys restaurant before. From the food being prepared bad, to a location forgetting to put meat on my to go hamburger, I’ve just despised this franchise. However, this time I have a different opinion. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to get fries and a shake. I decided to get something as well. The food was very flavorful and the fries were cooked and seasoned to what I would consider perfection. I still feel it is very overpriced but this location ran things smoothly and took care with the cooking of the burgers and fries . Well done.

Had only not a great welcoming from a guy called Travis at the Town Center location but they also delivered great service and great food. November 14, 2025 good team in play. Thank you for making BURGERS GREAT!

I ordered food from here tonight 9/20 at 6:30pm I was told it would be ready in 8-12 minutes and left my house. Arrived at the store at 6:40ish and proceeded to wait until 7pm when I finally asked if my food was about ready and they had not even started on it. They started it then tried to give me my food and send me on my way without my 2 milkshakes so after a brief argument they said okay and came back with only 1 shake and we’re done. So after another brief argument and the employee being extremely rude and having an attitude with me because I wanted my 2nd milkshake I paid for and you are paid to make. I understand forgetting stuff, I understand having even a bad day but this was completely uncalled for, neglectful and horrible customer service. For the amount of money I spent they should be able to pay the employees fair enough wages that they can make a milkshake without getting into a petty argument with someone about it. I will not be returning to this particular store service is slow and horrible.

It was ok, seems like the food from five guys has kinda slacked off, not add great as it was or the newness wore off, which makes it hard top swallow $25.00 for a burger fries and a coke.
