First time at this specific location and I was really blown away. I came right at opening time after doing some shopping. Sometimes when you show up somewhere right at open time people can be annoyed but the entire team greeted my husband and I and were super friendly. I believe Andrew took my order at the register and he made sure to ask if we wanted drinks and double checked if we wanted two patties or one. Very helpful. The manager, I believe her name was Teeka (I apologize if I misspell or if I’m slightly off), was incredibly friendly and she was very communicative with her team. One team member came in for work and she greeted them and asked how they were. I also over heard her giving the game plan for the day. As a regional leader for another company in the area myself, I know how important that is in the workplace. It felt like they all worked in one cohesive unit. The food was great as well, everything came out exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. I would go out of my way to come back to this location specifically. Thank you!!

Casual restaurant with peanuts while you wait. Food is made fresh including fresh French fries made on premise. I enjoyed it but I was surprised the hamburger wasn't more tasty. It was good though. The fries were good. A little high priced but I understand because ingredients are all fresh.

I had a great experience tonight at the Roosevelt location. I tried several times to complete an on line order. Gave up and called and got Don on the line. He apologized and was so helpful placing the order for me. The food was hot and ready when I picked it up. My husbands cheeseburger was huge and delicious. The fries were hot and just right. My patty melt was very good but the bun should have been a little more toasted. Super minor issue. It was delicious too. I’ve been to this location several times even though I don’t live in this area I would highly recommend Don and his team. We love Five Guys!

If there were 10+ STARS ⭐️ on the board for each category this crew would exceed everyone for all categories. Not only was it 9:57pm when I walked in and they close at 10pm. Don and his night crew gave me the warmest welcome upon entry! Little did they know God had been working on me lately and so many negative things occurring surrounding me but this welcome made my day & remind me the devil will only try to attack the lords disciples and weaken them but they made my food and it was les than 7 mins I had my food and onto enjoy my evening full of smiles! Thanks you guys! God bless!!!

Deon is the most exceptional manager I have seen in a long time! His attention to detail is 10/10 and his awareness is unmatched. His customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in any Five Guys. Give that man a raise!

LOCAL IN AREA. MY FIRST TIME TRYING TO GIVE FIVE GUYS A TRY AS I PRACTICALLY FREQUENT THE LOOP WEEKLY. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WALKED IN AND FELT UNCOMFORTABLE. I CALLED MY ORDER IN. MY BURGER WAS DISGUSTING. IT WAS WRAPPED IN THAT FOIL PAPER AND IT WAS ALL WELTED. IT LOOKED LIKE THEY PUT THE LETTUCE, TOMATOES, AND THE WHOLE BURGER IN THE MICROWAVE. IT WAS SUPER SOGGY. THE TOMATOES LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS COOKED FOR SPAGHETTI. THE LETTUCE WAS CABBAGE. I LEFT A TIP AND I'M LITERALLY SHOCKED. THAT'S $18 AND SOME CHANGE GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. IT WAS SO BAD, I JUST THREW IT AWAY. IT WAS DRIPPING LIKE MAYO AND EVERYTHING WAS SOGGY WET SLIDING OFF. EVEN THE BREAD FELT LIKE IT WAS DIPPED IN WATER. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE BURGERS ARE ALREADY ON THE PRICEY SIDE AND TO SPEND MONEY AND NOT GET SOMETHING EDIBLE IS JUST DIABOLICAL. 😔
