Terrible customer service over the phone. Asked to speak with manager regarding an delivery misunderstanding and was told we are blacklisted and if we called again she would call the police and hung up on me. Will never eat Five Star pizza again.

Some chick at this location hung up on me TWICE while trying to place an order. After trying to tell me my phone was cutting out and my street was blacklisted. After clarifying what street we live on (Baymeadows) she just hung up in my face. so gd rude, and for what??? Just say your drive is too lazy to make the trip and you dont want our money.

Five Star Pizza truly lives up to its name! I went to pick up a 16” Meat Lover pizza and a 16” Everything pizza, and both were absolutely divine. The Meat Lover pizza was loaded with generous amounts of savory meats, while the Everything pizza was a flavorful delight with a perfect mix of toppings.The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the sauce had a rich, tangy taste that enhanced every bite. The cheese was perfectly melted, creating a heavenly gooey goodness.The pizzas were ready on time, and the staff was friendly and efficient during my pickup. Five Star Pizza has earned a place as my go-to pizza spot. I can’t wait to try more of their mouthwatering creations. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must-visit! ??

I have never had an issue at this location until today. I think the pictures say it all but, if you’re not sure what you’re looking at, this is my pizza with sauce cups smashed into the pizza. I am sure they take every precaution and keep a clean kitchen, but as someone who works in food service I know that you can’t keep everything clean and seeing these sauce cups that have potentially rested on an unsanitary surface on my food made me so disappointed with Five Star. Why were they smashed into the pizza? And if it’s because the box was too small, why not put them in our other, much larger pizza box with our other sauces? Or how about just put them on top of our box or in a bag for convenience? At least the cheese bread was tasty.

Five Star has become my go to. I ordered a 12" Deluxe. Fresh vegetables, tasty sauce, and the crust is always yummy. Also got a side of garlic butter. Also tasty.

There are two locations off San Jose. This is the best one. They cook it to direction and the chicken wings are delicious. Always fast with service and pizza and wings are hot upon delivery.
