Great vegan option for the area.

The food here is extremely delicious and the manager, Dee, went out of her way to resolve a problem that I had (with corporate). I can’t emphasize how much she improved my experience. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. They move fast and give you the option to select your own sauces. Stop by and try their food!

The manager is never on time so they can't open on time this is the 3rd time this has happened I am shocked that a chain doesn't open the time that's posted

No clue how the food was, wasn’t even acknowledged that myself and my husband were standing there waiting to order for 7 minutes straight without so much as a “hello, just a second” 3 worker and not 1 of them had any decency. Not to mention we just drove around the building past the drive thru to park and walk in and there was no one in the drive thru so please make it make sense. The customer service was the worst hands down

The food is fine and served quickly. I like their new kimchi. A bit overpriced, I can get more food for about half the price over at Panda Express not even two minutes away. They ask for tips at the drive thru before you get your food and I find that very annoying.

So tasty! We come here at least once a month with my running group and it is a delicious reward after logging our miles. The beef bulgogi is my favorite, but the chicken is great too - and the MAGIC sauce makes it truly MAGIC. Also love the friendly crew and that the food is always ready in no time. Can definitely recommend!

We were looking for something different to eat and happened upon this place. It was fantastic!! Taste of the chicken was delicious along with perfectly cooked veggies. Will be eating here again

Stopped in today & meet this Jewel whom name is Jackie , she’s originally the manager at the 103rd location but luckily she was at the Oakleaf store.
I was checking out the menu as I waited for my DoorDash order & expressed that I’ve never tried their food & long behold Jackie said “well you’re missing out, let me pack you a sample to go” & I think that was the kindest gesture that I’ve received from anyone at an restaurant while working. It’s the little things that count , plus they have a new customer cuz baebeeeee this chicken bowl is amazing..
So thank you again Jackie !!!!!

Drive thru intercom is bad, can't understand staff on other end. Waited about 10 minutes before someone poked head out of the back door to tell the order guy that someone was out there. Had to repeat order twice, and couldn't understand when repeating back, confirmed order in person, and order was still wrong when I got home. This is now twice in a row at this location.

I want to start off this review by saying I’m SO sorry for coming in so late! I got here about 20-30 mins before close and ordered 11 bowls. Instead of being treated like an inconvenience I was treated like their most valuable customer of the day. Ashley is probably the kindest human I’ve ever met and I will 100% be coming back!!
