THIS IS MY NEW FAV!!!! I honestly want to be stingy and not tell anyone about this restaurant, but it’s so freaking good not to tell everyone!!! From the service to the food, everything is TOP TIER. My husband & I decided to dine in because we wanted a cocktail, my person fav was the lemon drop! (by the way , they cocktails were made to perfection & I only needed ONE drink ? thanks to our waitress and bartender— Taylor! She was amazing , friendly and patient with the customer service of an ANGEL!) Okay back to the food. We’ve been ordering take out 2-3x a week that’s how good and FRESH, OMG THE FRESHNESSS! You can tell that they cook this food with love & great intentions! I’m vegetarian, so I usually order Veggie Jap. Fried Rice & my fav Veggie Combo Roll add cream cheese w/ spicy mayo & eel sauce on top. *chefs kiss*. Everything is reasonably priced, which I love! Vegetarian options which I love! Lunch specials throughout the week! We just found out about Flame Sushi 2weeks ago after leaving my husbands work and I’m so happy we did! I’ll never eat Japanese anywhere else bc my food has been consistently GOOD here…everytime !!

Dont know why there are so many 4 and 5 star reviews. I'm eating this place's food as we speak, either their having an off night or there chef needs more training...this food is not good. Yukiudon, fried rice, among various sushi orders with bad avocado. I ended up throwing a bunch of seasoning on it to help it. Hopefully they read this and get better. I see the potential here and would like a place with good sushi.

First time here, the staff, our server very friendly and informative. I did the vegetable Ramen. Plenty of noodles. Very filling, even took some home. Had the fried cheesecake to go, nice hard shell and creamy goodness inside.

We decided to try out Flame Sushi when I was craving a good ramen. Between the ramen, sushi ( for hubby) and katsu (daughter) everything was on point. The tonkotsu broth was the best I’ve ever had. The pink lady was fresh with just the right amount of heat. And the katsu cutlet was both a large portion and perfectly fried, not too dry or oily like at other places.
Highlight of the night was at the end of the meal when our amazing and awesome waitress, Arianna , found out her name was the same as our daughter’s! (It’s not a popular adult name.)
Flame Sushi is a wonderful spot for relaxed dining. Price is right for the portion size. (Large!) We had to take left overs home, which was definitely ok.
FYI, the ramen reheats surprisingly well. No mushy noodles or weird oily broth/taste.
We can’t wait to go back!

This is the best place in florida that I've tried. went with my dad brother and my grandma, and the food was delicious. And the owner is so kind I got fish cake To go which is not on the menu. This place has Ramen and sushi. It was also quiet. I love this place for sure coming back

Owner of the store Kevin killed my imaginary friend, Jeff, with a super sick pimped out potato gun loaded with perfectly seasoned ramen eggs over an episode of Demon Slayer but the sushi is beautiful and tastes amazing, the hibachi is always on point and the ramen makes you feel like you're eating at ichiraku!! 10/10 would eat here again!

Absolutely the best food by far in Jax!!! Amazing staff. Arianna, was not only a great server but she'll put a smile on your face for sure. Great environment with such a chill vibe. Totally dig this place.

I honestly wish this place has been around longer. Each and every item I’ve tried continues to surprise me with how much I enjoy it and even if I order online for delivery it arrives tasting just as good as if I sat in for a meal.
