Flame Sushi Japanese Grill & Ramen

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all on Friday early afternoon, very clean . The food was appearantly fresh and yummy . My server was pleasant and professional. I had several sushi rolls , edamame, hand rolls , hibachi . I did enjoy grilled vegetables but the steak was rubbery . If you like it well done- done , let them know . My salmon skin roll had a sweet sauce on it . I wish it was put on a side . They will charge you extra for any leftovers , so keep that in mind . Also , any drinks will be charged , only water is included in AYCE . They offer alcohol beverages, if you prefer to have a drink with your meal .

All you can wait none that you can eat. I put on my bill. I wanted three items. They brought out two, beef and rice and one helping of sushi, then told me they brought out three they took 40 minutes to do so. Ten minutes of which was just giving me the bill. It is the worst place I’ve ever eaten in Hall of Jacksonville, Florida.

Love the food and the atmosphere!! Jasmine took really good care of me and my boyfriend. We had no idea how things work around here and Jasmine made sure to familiarize us. Def recommend !! Will come again.

Wanted to try a new food spot and stumbled across this one on my way home from work and I was very impressed! My server Jasmine was extremely sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. The food was also very delicious and I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you guys 😁❤️

Although I can’t eat fish or seafood and absolutely won’t eat pork. And yes despite that I still had a lot of food choices and left the restaurant full. The food is very delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. The staff are friendly to customers and door dashers.

Unfortunately the food here was just not good. The ramen tasted just like Top Ramen from the package, the sushi was not fresh and came out way too fast to be made to order, and the hibachi steak was too chewy to enjoy. The staff were very attentive and quick.

I can see how and why the reviews are great, and maybe I came at the wrong time, but the food does not feel or taste fresh. With an unpleasant aftertaste, I only had the sushi, so maybe the other items are good. The speed and the employees are great!

The food was great, sashimi was fresh, and every sushi roll that we tried was delicious! I gave four stars simply because I wish there were more options for appetizers, hibachi, etc. also, it did take a while for the food to be brought to us, it was not that busy of a night when we went.
