Segunda vez que los visite , la primera pues estuvo bien, esta vez omg 😏😣 pedimos una bandeja para la familia traía unas cuantas carnes como un churrasco que estaba más duro que un palo (no nos pidieron el término) apestaba como cuando la carne está dañada 😕 no pudimos comerla , traía chicharrones de cerdo, de pollo , arroz que sabía solo a adobo 😳 el mofongo no tenía sabor 🤷🏽♀️ y los tostones parecía que los frieron más de 20 veces en el día , muy graciento en fin Todo mal 🫠🫠🫠🫠

This is my second time ordering from this place and each time my experience wasn't good. Let me start off by saying the food, taste wise is pretty good. Now that the good is out the way let me start on the bad. The service SUCKS. It is bad every time. They just dont care to give good service. Very blah on being attentive. My first visit they forgot to put in my order and the waitress visited our table so little I ordered 2 drinks at once so it would last me till I saw her again because thats how long it took for her to get back to our table. Mind you I would understand if they were busy but they were not. Second visit. Waited almost an hour for food that was called in after giving a 30 min wait time. Not busy again. Go to eat my food and no rice. How do you forget rice on a dish? I opened it up and immediately noticed. Meanwhile my friend got her rice. Idk I wanna like this place but the service sucks so so bad. Even my Puerto Rican friends warned me about this place. None of us will be back.

Where i can start, smells like pee i thought it was the entrence but the entire place smell like pee except the bathroom, we order chuleta “kahn kahn” rice only taste like cumin only, mofongo was like biting garlic head, and the pork chop was raw, mojitos where like “piragüa sirup”. Everithing was so bad that we order another plate so we can actually eat something. Definitely not recommended at all.

My experience was absolutely horrible. My sister and I decided to try this place after seeing it on Groupon. The music was so loud we had to shout at each other even though we were sitting right next to each other. We ordered the chimichurri steak with mofongo which we were really excited to try because neither of us had mofongo before. The food took almost an entire HOUR before coming out and when it did it was COLD! And the worst part was I ordered a chelada beer and the beer they served me was in the small black fridge at their bar and it had a bug on it! It was a fridge bug and anyone who is poor dirty or owns a cleaning company like myself knows exactly what I’m talking about. The girl who took the beer cleaned the beer off and PUT IT BACK IN THE FRIDGE!!!! I was like WTFFFF. Not to mention when our server gave me the beer he gave me a glass and his hand was so dirty it left a print on the glass!!! So freaking gross dude. When I brought it up at the counter and confronted them they shrugged it off and acted like their English wasn’t good enough to understand there were bugs in their fridge. So embarrassing.
