We went on a Saturday at 7:30 PM. The DJ music was so loud, we asked if they cld turn it down. Waitress said, No. We cldnt sit & talk thru drinks, appetizers, dinner, & dessert. We left disappointed.

My husband and I loved this place so much during our stay in Jacksonville that we came and ate here twice!! It is so cozy and photo perfect inside. Staff is so friendly and great service. The loaded hush puppies are absolutely amazing!! My husband and I split and loved it!!! The 1937 burger is also so flavorful and tasty!!! We both had one and I got the sweet potato fries and it was fire!!
As far as drinks, the “I want Smore” was so good!!! That one was my absolute favorite!!! If you love cold brew, you gotta try it. The “Express Ya Self” was also so good too!!! My husband had the King of the Hill beer and it was his fav!!!
Parking: We had no issue getting parking

Place and ambiance is great. I did get the grouper, it was frozen and undercooked with none of the Parmesan sauce described on the menu, instead it was topped with tomatoes, garlic chunks. This place has so much potential, however there is a lot of opportunity to revamp this menu with more flavor and flare. Drinks are good, staff is cool.

The food was so good, I’m simple and just wanted a good burger. It was juicy and tasty. Next time I will order without cheese to really taste the flavor of the actual burger. The passion fruit lemon drop really good. Oh that shrimp toast amazing! Our waitress was new, hands down one of the best. Very attentive.
We went on 25 cent shrimp night, if you don’t order an entree they are 60 cents per shrimp. The shrimp were large and perfectly grilled and seasoned. Such great flavor, and perfect with a cold draft IPA! Looking forward to seeing more live music in this great venue!

Rude waitress, will not return. We asked to see the lunch menu instead of the brunch menu and that seemed to really bother the waitress, she gave us a dirty look and seemed really bothered to serve lunch at noon.

This place could be one of the best in Jacksonville, they have a great location, nice atmosphere, good drinks, and really good service. There's just one problem, the food is not good. I had shrimp and fries with blue cheese cole slaw. I got that because I figured it would be impossible to mess up fried shrimp, but that's exactly what happened. The shrimp was salty as heck. And the amount of blue cheese in the slaw was ridiculous. The fries had no body, they were cheap. The funny thing is, this could've been a great meal. The shrimp was fried to perfection, but they put too much ole bay in the breading. The Cole slaw would've been delicious if they had used the blue cheese as a garnish instead of pilling it in. There was no hope for the fries, just buy a better brand. My wife had the shrimp toast and it would've been great but they put a mountain of cheese on it. This place just needs a real chef and they will be a must go. The band was incredible all night. It's a shame that the food is killing this beautiful place. P .S. my wife had been here before for brunch and it wasn't good either, so we knew the food wasn't great which is why we ordered the Shrimp, figuring they couldn't get that wrong and they absolutely did. Just get a reputable Chef and watch this place blow up.
Vegetarian options: We wanted the grouper but we're afraid to spend that much when we knew that they weren't good cooks.
Parking: If you're not going to have good food, then pave the parking lot. If the food is good nobody would care as much about the gravel in the lot.

Beautiful space, but service is very unorganized. The first time we went it was ok and the food was good though service was kind of a mess. There were many uncleared tables and many employees on the floor, but it was like nobody was assigned the task of bussing the tables and they all chose not to. The second time we came, we waited at the front for around 10 minutes by the "wait to be seated" sign while many employees walked past us avoiding eye contact. Not sure why they didn't want to seat us, maybe they aren't very kid friendly or maybe they don't have a rotation? My wife and I had our 6- and 9-year-old with us. Once we got sat, they brought us waters and menus but never returned to take our order. After another 10 minutes of no service, we left. It's a shame because it's a great location with a lot of potential.

The breakfast was to get a fun membership, lose 5 pounds, then replace those lost 5 pounds with their plate-o-yum with. Their outside sorting area was cozily decored up'. Their serving size was fit for a rugby player. I think they use cremmè friche in their eggs, either way, deliciousness!
