This place is amazing. We ordered calamari, clam chowder and a Northstar burger. Everything was amazing. Our server Hanna was the best. Totally recommend and hopefully you get Hanna as your server.

Tried Flying Fish Taphouse on a Saturday evening. Opted for outdoor seating, which the weather was great for and we had the added bonus of a live musician. Had Hannah as a server and she was amazing, super friendly, and quick with responding to the needs of the table throughout the evening. The food and drinks were great. Would definitely recommend trying.

Hidden Gem - By some miracle, we saw this place and decided to give it a try. First Lorenzo (host and waiter) welcomed us with lots of enthusiasm which was a great start. Once sat he came over and introduced himself and welcomed us. One of the best and most enthusiastic waiters we met in a long time, which was awesome! My wife ordered one of the hamburgers with onion rings (instead of fries) which see enjoyed a great deal, while listening to another diner behind us bragging about how good his hamburger was. I decided on the catfish plater with fries and slaw. This has to be the largest catfish fillet I've ever seen with a nice crisp breading and a nice mild hint of spice. I don't believe great fish needs tarter, but this stuff was homemade like everything else and just help put everything over the top. The slaw was fresh (a little light on the salt, but you can always add more to your personal taste which is a good thing) and the fries had a unique cut to them and were also very tasting. We will be back with family and friends. Did I forget to mention a wide selection of local and inhouse brewed beer! One was a collab from a local home brew club called CASK. I took a picture of the in-house beers brewed onsite and called my oldest son offering to take him there for a few brews to try. The only bad part, is that I'm still kicking myself that we didn't find this hidden gem much sooner! Keep up the great work, and Yelp, for the love of god, start recommending this place as a lot of people are missing out on some amazing food and well above average service! Thank you.

Five FULL stars. Outstandimg, and must return on our list.

For the record, there is nothing more American than an elk burger. And this is the best burger we've had on a 2-week road trip over 6 states. Ace server Emily made sure we were happy and we will be back.

The decor was warm and welcoming. The food was very good. However, it took 45 minutes to get served dinner. Thankfully we ordered a appetizer. The server was friendly and in no way responsible for kitchen prep and speed. Will return.

We loved this place when we first found it. The beer was good and the food better than excepted. I would say they fry things right, which means they didn't over fry stuff till chewy (was best calamari ever). We hadn't had a bad meal so kept going. That was the story for first 4-5 times we went. But the last 4 times we have acturally had to send food back because it was way over fried and it is getting annoying. The beers are still good and I don't understand why their website doesn't list them. Hope they can get them act back together.

My most recent visit after writing this was better. I had also sent a feedback to then via their website so maybe they took to heart and got back on track.

On the way to the airport. Nice bar. Friendly service. I had a shrimp poboy. Really tasty and overflowing with shrimp. They have craft beers, didn’t get to try one, but there’s at least six or seven of them. Good pitstop on the way to the airport.

Great vibes, great food, great service! I didn’t know what to order so I asked my server Fallon what her recommendation was and she told me to get the Shrimp Grits and Tails. I wasn’t sure how I’d like it because it’s something I usually wouldn’t order, but her suggestion and smile had me convinced it was the right decision, and was it!!! The food was soo good and Fallon was the best! Will definitely be coming back!

Got in late and everyone was very helpful and courteous even though we walked in with about an hour before they closed. They served hot food that was delicious and beers that were cold.
