This place was amazing! Though we did have to wait a while before getting seats, the service was amazing. They're great at accomadating and understanding for anaphylaxis allergies. Great people working there, and the food is also absolutely delicious. Would totally recommend.

The server was really attentive and our food came out pretty fast. This was on a Friday about 10:30 am. I ordered a breakfast biscuit and a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were light and fluffy. The gravy had a Tony Chachere’s hint to it which was pretty good.

A Jacksonville institution! The Fox has served me and my family since 1983. Never once had anything less than an amazing experience with anything I've been served or the service I've received. The only downside is the occasional wait, which is well worth it. There's a handful of vegetarian options that satisfy, but I'm hoping they'll add an impossible/beyond burger. My personal favorite? Half order of fried green tomatoes (no bacon for veggiesaurs) topped with a pair of over medium eggs and a biscuit. ALWAYS GET A BISCUIT!

This place is amazing, ive worked in the area for 6 years and never been here, the absolute regret I feel now. The food was amazing but ther service was even better. The gentleman at the door and going fron table to table checking on everyone was awesome. Definitely going to make this a go to spot. Dont be afraid of the line out the door it moved quicker than I thought it would.

Overall I enjoy my experience at The Fox, I come almost daily. The only strife I have is that whenever I order food for PickUp/To Go I only get food. No napkins, no silverware to eat the food, no condiments unless I ask and this is disappointing when it's time to eat as I'm on the move. So please add those items to the pickup orders.

The Fox is a cute and quaint restaurant, with a welcoming atmosphere. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted and sat by two handsome, smiling men (I assume are the managers or owners, not sure), which really set the tone for my meal. My server was busy with a party, so Ellen stepped in and made sure my needs were met. The other servers checked in and made sure all was well (which goes a LONG way). Team work really made the dream work. I ordered the Jaco omelet with some additions and the food was excellent! It was fresh, made the way I asked, the biscuit was soft, fluffy and divine (Im not even a biscuit eater... so I was highly impressed) even the butter was room temperature and spreadable, which makes a BIG difference to a real foodie. The service is top tier, which made the food and experience worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend my new favorite breakfast joint!
