Good for a one and done. Salt dominated everything which was disappointing, but not as disappointing as the state of their restroom.

Craving something sweet after lunch, I searched the map and found Freddy’s as the closest frozen custard spot. This was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the frozen custard was.

I ordered a mini frozen custard that came with three generous scoops topped with hot caramel. The custard was firm, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. We also tried the Concrete Cold Brew Caramel Crunch—delicious! Rich flavor, great texture, and a nice coffee kick.

I’ll definitely be coming back!

First, let me say that they do have a burger option for those who don't eat meat but it is not posted. The staff and the atmosphere were very comfortable and gave a family vibe. This made it feel very relaxing even though we came close to closing time we did not sense that we needed to rush out or anything. Smiles, jokes 6 good food the whole time.

Please please please listen carefully when taking orders and customers are asking you to OMIT things from their food !! Allergies are serious and can be deadly to someone who eats something that they asked you not to put on their food !!! When I ask for NO cheese, that's what I'm expecting when I get my order !! I visited yesterday for lunch and chose to dine in. I occasionally treat myself here, but I felt the need to share this review since this isn’t the first disappointing experience I’ve had.

There was a gentleman ahead of me who waited a few minutes before the cashier appeared. The cashier was not friendly nor welcoming to the gentleman, barely acknowledging him and speaking in a curt manner while taking his order. After she finished with him, she left again, and I waited another five minutes before she returned. When she finally spoke to me, she mumbled, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she responded with a rude tone.

After placing my order and paying, I waited about 10 minutes before my number was called. When I asked if the tray on the counter was mine, one of the kitchen staff bluntly said yes without any courtesy.

The restaurant was somewhat clean overall, but the tables and chairs were disgusting—they clearly hadn’t been wiped down. I had to wipe my own table just to have a clean spot to sit, as the rest were gross and unkept.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I understand people can have off days—but this involved multiple staff members on different days I've been. The food was fresh and delicious, as always, but the customer service has gone downhill. When this restaurant first opened, service was quick, staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same anymore, and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family. ☹️👎

As a manager myself, I understand how challenging customer service can be—but my experience at Freddy’s tonight was extremely disappointing. I spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru due to a conflict between a van of customers and one of your employees, reportedly over something as minor as ice.

During that time, the customers in the van were yelling, using homophobic slurs, and being incredibly disrespectful. The manager on duty, although polite, did not take firm control of the situation and allowed it to escalate far too long without resolving it or considering the impact on other guests. Most concerning, the manager failed to stand up for the associate who was being openly discriminated against—there was no visible support or intervention to protect that employee.

By the time I received my order, my food was no longer fresh, and the entire experience left a terrible impression. Freddy’s needs to better support its staff in handling hostile customers and ensure that issues like this don’t affect the quality of service for everyone else.

Heard they did Chicago Dogs, so I called them up to see if that was true before I drove all the way across town. Guy on the phone said yes, come on by. Drove there, lady said they dont. So I left. Thanks for wasting my time.

This was my third time ordering a burger no mustard at this location and I get home each time and realize they do not listen to instructions. Even when placed in the app and it specifically says it on the receipt.
