What a disappointment. First my lady ordered a veggie burger meal. Simple enough, except her french fries were salted. On a healthy meal why would anyone put salt ,( a lot of salt) on the fries? Secondly, I ordered a Freddy original patty mealt meal. What I received and was charged for was a double cheese burger. With pickles which I asked for no pickles. Along with fries that had no salt and were cold. Thirdly, I ordered a peanut butter banana sunda. What I got was a single scoop of vanilla ice cream with a lite drizzle of peanut butter sauce. NO Banana, NO whip cream and NO cherry. My lady ordered a turtle sunda she had no pecans, no whip cream and no cherry. If it were I managing this place and gave this bad of service I would be ashamed. I don't believe this to be an isolated incident. Cause I go to freddy's in orange park and never have had this bad of service or my order screwed up . So this particular freddy's I will not be recommending..

Drive thru was painfully slow. You would think they would have everything ready after the long wait from placing the order and creeping to the window.I said something to the person at the window but he didn't offer even a sorry.I like their food but it's not worth the wait. To many other places that know how to run a drive thru.

Service at this location has gone so far down hill. Workers are rude, they always forget our onions on our burgers and today we sat at the drive thru speaker with no cars in front of us for ten minutes, just for them to tell us they didn’t have veggie burgers. Won’t return

I was never really a burger person, I used to enjoy Five Guys from time to time, but Freddy’s totally blows them away, AND has me craving their burgers!!They are not shy with ingredients (love the long pickle strips and whole slice of onion!!), and I absolutely love the thinner burger patties. The #3 California style is a must! My husband loves the #1 Freddy’s original (a classic burger). The fries are AMAZING! I love how thin and crispy they are, and loaded with seasoning!! Their fries are the best for stuffing in your burger.I’d share a picture of our meal, but we already inhaled it before I realized I wanted to write a review.You won’t be disappointed!

never been to a freddy's and was curious.atmosphere wise: it seems to be marketing itself as a hyper-patriotic fast food joint (like whataburger) but with slightly slower food in exchange for higher quality. its kinda odd but it does what it promisesfood: i got the chicken tender meal. the tenders are 7/10, the chicken is good but the breading is mediocre and needs sauce. the fries are an easy 8 if not a 9/10. very good. i also tried the "pbc & b" custard sundae and it was Beast. service was good and the place was cleanconclusion: pretty good, 8/10 easily and i'd rather go here in the future than a wendy's/mcdonald/whataburger/etc

I feel it's overpriced... I enjoy a good hot dog. However price aside the food has never disapointed. The staff is also very friendly.
