Fresh From the Garden

I worked nearby for 3 years and couldn't go long without having lunch at Fresh From the Garden. The food is always excellent. The only thing better is the friendliness of the staff. They are sincerely glad to see you. Don't hesitate to try it if you haven't. If you see a long line--and you will--don't let that discourage you. These folks are first rate and worth the wait. I love visiting Mary and Charlie at Fresh From the Garden!! The staff is so amazing and the food is DELICIOUS!!! This time we tried the blackened Philly cheese steak and the Asiago Steak hoagie and they were so good we had to fend off our daughter and tell her she needed to stick with her perfectly made grilled cheese. The fries and black bean salsa completed the meal perfectly!

Also, if you haven’t been in recently check out the new updated space! So much more room!

This Place is Beautiful Inside. Staff Is absolutely Wonderful & Food is absolutely Delicious with Great Prices. We Love it to so Much, We tend to Eat Lunch Here multiple times a week. Definitely a place to try But, Only open till 2pm

This was a surprising little place with excellent food. Greek and delicious. It is a lunch place situated among office buildings. I plan on going back there when I am in the area of art museum drive and Atlantic and Beach.

Incredible. I am in town for a track meet at UNF and one of our athletes scoped out this little spot for lunch and it was perfect! The food was fantastic. The service was above and beyond. Definitely a neat little spot tucked away but you could tell the folks that were there, IYKYK. All the stars!

This is a fantastic place to eat from. It's a family owned cafe who make everyone feel welcome. The food is delicious, affordable, and the portion size for the food is bigger than what you get in most places. I highly recommend eating here.

Food was excellent. Giving a 1 star because they neglected allergen precautions. I asked the girl at the front if there were any cookies without nuts or tree nuts because the person I was buying for had an allergy. I asked if the cookies were cross contaminated because they’re in the same bin but in different sections above and below eachother. The girl proceeds to say “if the cookies were cross contaminated, would they be out?” There was a peanut butter cookie in the middle of the three sections of cookies. I paid anyway and when the guy was packing the cookies he uses a single pair of tongs that were used for all the cookies including the peanut butter one. Obviously they don’t care about being allergen friendly because they’re careless in not using different serving utensils. My friend who ate her cookie ended up going into anaphylactic shock and had to use her EpiPen and Benadryl. So annoyed about the carelessness of the employees and snark remark from the girl.
