To all of the people complaining about paper plates, they DO have regular plates on the other side of the buffet! You just won't see them immediately when you go to grab your food. Maybe just use the paper plates for your food garbage (clam shells, shrimp tails, crab shells, etc) to save staff from the overwhelming amount of dishes to do. The size of this place and how old the building looked kinda threw me off at first, but my husband and I both agreed that out of all the buffets we've been to, they had the most perfectly cooked seafood. Just the right texture, not too sweet, and not too salty. I couldn't stop eating and really didn't want to leave. I wish I lived in Jacksonville so that I can keep coming here.

This place seems to have gotten better with time. That's something rare in today's service industry.
If you arrive hungry it will be very easy to make it worth the price of admission, even for picky eaters or those that don't like Chinese food.
For example, the fried catfish (during dinner or all day Sunday) is some of the best I've had.
Some dishes have disappointed here on occasion, but other things make uo for it. I just try a little bit before going back for the best items.
The bourbon chicken was super good making up for a lackluster General Tso the last time.
Go hungry and leave happy.

More like a seafood restaurant than a Chinese restaurant. We just spent $100 on food i couldn't eat because it was awful then only thing worth eating was the egg drop soup.

No complaints but just average. On the + side....my favorite Chinese buffet closed for xmas!!! OMG 20 yrs tradition broken!
I looked at the reviews before coming here. I will say that I was skeptical like everyone else but decided to come here anyway. It’s not a bad place. It’s not a bad food. Vibe kinda is dead here. Also they charge you upfront at the door before going in. Do I recommend it? If you are looking for decent quality of food at affordable prices this is a place to go.

Paper cups and cheap paper plates is you’re dining experience with plastic forks. Nothing but the soup was hot. Want a salad? Lettuce only with ranch or Italian dressing. I ate soup and pudding which pudding is the only dessert offered besides some apple thing. My paper plate of cold food went to trash. $42 for 2 that came home and ate a frozen pizza. No lie.

We came here on a whim and let me say that I am not disappointed at all. In fact I am thoroughly impressed. The food is above par. Everything is cooked well. The sushi is fresh and made to order if they’re not busy enough. I love this place. Highly recommend.

Looking at the reviews before I went in, I was very skeptical about eating. So many of thr reviews complained about paper plates and plasticware, I thought this place raunchy but I went anyway. Thank goodness I followed my mind and not the reviews. This place was clean, very pleasant and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The food was fresh and the guy making the sushi offered to make me any sushi I wanted. Also I appreciated the paper and plasticware because, we all know, sometimes them dishes aren't the cleanest. The food was very good and didn't need extra seasoning. My husband and I enjoyed Fuji Buffet. We will most definitely visit again when in town.
