We were watched while eating our food which made us very uncomfortable.
THIS THE WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE BEEN TO.
THEY ARE VERY LUCKY THAT I CAN'T GIVE A 0 STAR.

Stopped here for a quick lunch to give it a try and was disappointed! Food was not good! Lacked flavor and often felt like I was eating the same sushi roll over and over. The rice portion in the sushi roll was to much which made you full quicker and made it hard to eat. This is not a place to order sushi to try because if you don’t like it you will be charged .50 cent per item. The servers were very aggressive and confrontational. They micromanaged what we ate and made us uncomfortable. Worst sushi buffet I’ve experienced in Jax! Also it didn’t appear to be the cleanest.

Beware they watch you while you are eating. Food wasn’t good at all . Go to Rainbow Sushi. It is a better buffet.

The food was good overall, but the service in the end really ruined our experience the cashier was demanding and rudely asking for a tip from my cousin who is visiting from Germany, very rude and unprofessional, and made the whole vibes awkward

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

Personally, I felt the rice portions were too large for sushi and took away from the overall balance of the dish. I removed some of the rice while eating, and a staff member approached me and loudly told me, in a rude tone, that if I didn’t want to eat rice, I should order nigiri—while placing the dinner menu on the table. The attitude was unnecessarily aggressive and made me very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the second round of items I ordered never arrived, even after waiting over 10 minutes. I eventually gave up and left.

I won’t be returning.

WORST SERVICE ever the chicken noodles I ordered were nasty and tasted like fish juice so I put it to the side and didn’t eat it! Have been here about three times and never charged for anything I didn’t eat! Short lady with low bun comes from out of nowhere demanding I eat noodles I don’t like saying im going to be charged $5 and throws a to go plate down on the table. She wasn’t even my server then going to say “we work hard” I don’t care how hard yall work in there yall need to sell edible food. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE if this is a buffet people should be charged for the food they take out! And if a guest has a complaint about an order they should try to accommodate them! Very unprofessional and rude! Then got mad because I left $0 tip due to poor service! Funny

If you love your sushi with a side of attitude, then this is your place. I took one bite of my roll, realized it was basically a rice brick with a sprinkle of fish, and politely spit it out into a napkin. Next thing I know, the waitress is opening up my napkin like it’s a crime scene, announcing I’ll be charged extra for daring not to swallow their masterpiece. Oh, and apparently, if you’re not into rice overload, you should just order from the sashimi menu. Noted!

Add to that the blaring Chinese TikTok remixes and waiters yelling at full volume for no apparent reason, and you’ve got yourself a dinner experience that feels more like a nightclub with a side of sushi. If you’re into stinginess served with a side of rudeness, by all means, this is your spot. For the rest of us? Take your appetite—and your money—somewhere that appreciates it. This is genuinely the first place I ever encountered bad service.

The nigiri and the rolls come with way too much rice on them. The tuna and yellowtail sashimi have low quality. The service is too fast, pushing you all the time to order quickly.
The gyoza is very good, the edamame and the soups are good. The steak hibachi is very good too.
