The customer service is not the expected one I think for the culture, but it is acceptable. I order three rounds of different dishes and I have to remark the salmon katsu roll and green dragon roll.
I want to say up front, the fish was fine. The lunch menu was crazy limited. I was underwhelmed. If you need a fix, it’s better than the grocery store for sure. But. The lunch menu is short for a person that just wants a good variety of fish and rice. There was also a seed in one of my rolls. No idea where it was from. The roll I had was pretty basic. Don’t know what kind of seed but I can tell you it was unpleasant to bite. Not bad if you’re hungry. I wouldn’t go back...
If you’re looking for good sushi at a good price, it’s hard to beat Fuji Sushi. Any of the bad reviews simply don’t understand the business model. The reason they can offer such great prices without sacrificing quality is because they get people in and out fast. You will get all the food you want and more—but this is not the place to linger for hours.
