Fuji Sushi West

This our fourth time eating at Fuji West. The sushi and kitchen cooked food is always good and the servers eager to please. The place is clean and the prices very reasonable for the food quality. We will keep coming back!

We got the hibachi dinners. For the price, we were disappointed with how little protein they put. I even got chicken, steak, and shrimp on mine and it was only a few pieces of each. Overall the taste wasnt bad. But almost $50 for 2 hibachi dinners, you'd expect a little more protein.

Fuji sushi is one of my favorite spots I have been here when it’s busy and when it’s slow the customer service is always amazing and the food is always fresh. If you haven’t tried it and you love sushi this is it. Don’t forget to check out the fried Oreos.

Absolutely not my family and I were breed. They were nice people, but the one guy taking our order, coughed and hacked in the back like his life was ending. Food was cold and disgusting. My three babies got severely sick, not from the food, but from this man coughing all over our stuff, he didn’t have a mask on. I didn’t sanitize his hand. We literally watched him cough all over our food plates. Very disappointing. Have never had quite an experience. Do yourself a favor. Don’t all you can eat some of the other ones in town. I don’t think they’re related so just do yourself a favor and drive over the Buckman and go to one of the better ones . 0/10
