(Under new Management)I had eaten here when it was called Fuji Sushi and the staff let it go down hill. The floors were sticky and the general cleanliness left little to be desired. It was gross and I wouldn’t even suggest it to any of my enemies.Fuji Sushi WestI was quite surprised at the quality of ingredients and the freshness of the fish. The floors were very clean and the general cleanliness is well maintained. I ordered three separate items; Tofu Steak, vegetable Tempura and sushi I shared with my dream girl. The tofu steak had a wonderful crispy roof that was covered with fresh sautéed broccoli and teriyaki sauce. The Vegetable tempura was a real delight. The oil did not have an off scent to it…crisp and light. The sushi was amazing. Great rolls that weren’t too tight. They have Ikura which some sushi places have stopped serving due to cost. We don’t keep going back just out of habit, we go back because each and every time we eat there they earn our continued patronage! We receive the best service the best food and have the best experience there. So often when everything is wonderful, you don’t think to get online and write a review! Found 2 small roaches in my food. Me and my boyfriend ate here last night and took our food to go. Once I got home and went to eat my lo me right away I got about half way done and noticed this ?The server was nice , place seem clean but my appetite is gone for a week and we wont be returning.
