It was @almafusion's day at the office complex today for lunch. They have a great menu of proteins, accoutrements, and sauces that you can order in bowl, taco, burrito, or nacho form.I chose the bowl option as I am a notoriously messy eater and a bowl makes for an easier and cleaner process of shoving tasty food down my gullet.For the protein I got steak and topped it with lettuce, tomato, fajita veg, onions, cilantro, shredded cheese, guacamole, and sautéed corn. It sat on a bed of yellow rice and i sauced it with salsa verde, sour cream, and cilantro sauce. With all those options, it had no choice but to be delicious. Alma Fusion is a definite recommend. Give them a follow so you can stalk them out in these streets.

Alma fusion catered my wedding on October 14th of this year and it was AMAZING. They were super responsive to all my emails, crazy questions and calls. We hired Alma Food Truck for my best friends wedding and I cannot recommend them enough! They were very responsive throughout the entire process and were great at communicating everything. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The amount per serving was much larger than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Tried them out on our first visit to the Riverside Arts Market. Ordered the gyro and falafel wrap, decent but pricey. Pita on the gyro was very over toasted, the whole thing just fell apart. Forgot our fusion spicy sauce on both wraps, either that or its seriously weak. Fries were good and salty though!

Ashley made excellent food (chicken/veggie burgers and Thai food) and was easy to work with when planning the menus ahead of time. We were exceptionally pleased with Ashley's help in accommodating in making custom Fish for 50+ people. Would highly recommend Fusion Food Truck for catering for any event.
The food truck was bomb!! We got to try this place at the Riverside Arts Market and would definitely recommend! My sister is gluten free and dairy free due to allergies and appreciated the fact that they had safe options marked on the menu. She ordered the vindaloo curry and I ordered the tandoori and both were delicious! The man who took our order (owner?) double checked with me on spice level. I wound up doing Medium for my sister and fusion hot (the hottest) for me. I had to promise this man I would not complain because he was so worried I wouldn’t be able to handle the spice level. It was perfect! We will definitely be seeing out this truck in the future!

Favorite Friday of the month: #foodtruckfriday!Alma Food truck was at the OPCC for the night so we were excited to try it.I ordered the shrimp tacos on corn tortillas with jalapenos, black beans, cheese and salsa verde. I didn't want to put too much on them as I wanted to taste the flavor of the shrimp. I also ordered their chips and guacamole.The shrimp was so big that it was falling off of the tacos. They doubled the tortillas so they wouldn't fall apart as they sometimes do. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. Juicy and delicious.The guac was good but I thought it needed some salt. Can't wait to try them again!

Just tried them at riverside market and it was at the end and they only had curries left. I tried their "Korma" curry and it was awful. I think the cook was mad bc I asked for medium spice bc I know how Thai spice can be and it was beyond hot it ruined the whole dish and I their korma is terrible. I don't even think it was korma I think it was w.e they had left to serve.Never again!
