I had been wanting to try this place for a little bit and finally came. Unfortunately it’ll likely be the last time. As soon as we walked in, all the staff that we saw were quite far away. There were a couple of cooks and two servers. All of whom looked over and clearly noticed us standing there waiting, yet we were not acknowledged once. We decided to give them a few minutes and we stayed for about 5 minutes before deciding the staff was clearly ignoring us. If you really want people to eat at your restaurant, you should at bare minimum acknowledge customers and let them know that someone will be with them shortly. Service was 0/10 because of this, if you’re looking for a sushi restaurant, I recommend looking literally anywhere else. I might someday decide to give them a second chance and see if they’ve improved, but I’m not holding my breath on that.

I didn't get a chance to try the food, yet I have still left with a horrible taste of this place. I don't leave bad reviews, but I will if I face blatant racism. I was not greeted at the door and everyone in there saw me and after 3-4 minutes of me intentionally waiting an associate finally asked if I was picking up or ordering. I asked for owner, he stated they were not there. I then asked, why did you ignore me, and he laughed as if I didn't witness what transpired in their restaurant. I then advised I will post my experience on google.

This place is so cheap, they nickel and dime you for everything. Despite ordering several rolls for pick up, they only gave me one salad and charged me for an additional one. they seem to do things like this on purpose so you’ve got to watch out when you order. They’re always trying to rack up the bill. They have done this before. We are frequent flyers there, but this is it.

I would give this place more stars because I been coming here for a min and the food is always good to me but the service is horrendous. It always seems like a bother when me and my husband come here, it’s like the servers don’t like us or something. They have very shitty attitudes and I be thinking it’ll change the next time we come but no it does not.
