My husband & I pick up lunch to go from Fusion Sushi often. We have never been disappointed with any dish we ordered. They have never messed up any to go order and their prices are reasonable.

We just moved to the area so this was our first time trying Fusion Sushi. We were greeted immediately and seated at the Sushi bar per our request. They had I-10 on tap and Hot sake so we were instantly happy!We decided to try the special roll Winnie suggested for an appetizer and after viewing the menu I went for some sashimi and he some hibachi. Everything was excellent and we will definitely return to experience more of the extensive menu and top notch service!

This is the best place ever. I suffer from severe depression and honestly, this place? Better than therapy. Truly the most important thing in my current existence. You need to come here if you too feel the weight of the world. The food, the service, everything will change you and you will leave reborn

This is THE go to sushi place. The staff is always very welcoming, the food is delicious and fresh. If you're a tuna lover, I recommend the "Amazing roll".

We arrived at 6pm on a Friday night and were surprised to see a mostly empty restaurant, I should have taken that as a hint. More customers showed while we dined but I noticed that most seemed to only order sushi - another hint. I eat a very low carb diet so hibachi meat and veggies are a great option. Unfortunately either the cooks are bad or the waiter was terrible or some combination. The "medium" steak was dry and chewy, completely inedible. The salmon my husband ordered was so overcooked that it was rubbery. I had decided to splurge and ordered a roll of sushi but even though the waiter confirmed what I was ordering (I said "Fried Shrimp Roll" and he corrected, "Shrimp Tempura?") but it never showed up. I watched my son's order of Tempura Chicken sit on the counter next to the cooks for 5-10 minutes before the waiter brought it to our table. On the positive side, the restaurant is nicely decorated and quiet. The ginger dressing on the salad was good and the unsweet tea was fresh. If you want to try the sushi I recommend getting a booth, the table we sat at had rickety and uncomfortable chairs. I will not be returning.

Best sushi and hibachi in Jacksonville!!! For 2 large orders of sushi and a combo hibachi plate - it was only $45. I’ve paid MUCH more for less. The taste is amazing. This is our go-to spot.

The food is great! But we called in a to go order and they told us 25-35 minutes on the phone. It took 1 hour to get us our food which was 3 rolls and some soup and edemame. I read another review on yelp regarding this same issue so apparently this happens a lot.

Do not believe the positive reviews. The food was mid. I asked what was in a specific roll and the waiter told me they didn’t do that here (explain the menu) and walked off. The food came out in a disorganized mess. The same waiter was coughing all over the place will we were eating our food maskless.

This place is good but they routinely just lie to you and say ten minutes for takeout orders, and unfortunately this is a consistent problem, the ten minutes will be in excess of an hour, while they continue to smile and lie to your face instead of telling the truth. Again, some of the best sushi, and they are super nice, but you cannot rely on anything the owners tell you. I don't usually leave review but been standing here since 8:05 when my order was supposed to be ready, and it's now 8:49. I could fly to Atlanta in the time it takes to get 4 sushi rolls
