I had the pleasure of meeting these lovely people at the Azalea Festival Mayor's Reception in Palatka last night. They recommended the plant base bowl to try. It was amazing, it got better with every bite. I would consider myself a carnivore, but that one sample bowl could sway me to a plant based diet. The flavor was explosive.
