My problem isn't the food it was the customer service. I was literally yelled at over the phone and in person because I didn't understand the ladies Spanish and she didn't understand my English. Why would you yell at a potential customer.😠🫤😥

Store was easy to find, for visitors. It was clean & the atmosphere was friendly & welcoming.
Ivan's hospitality was off the chart!
He recommended his favorites, gave us info on each of our choices.
The food came out quickly and was sooo delicious!
I have changed my favorite burger to Burger Fi!

My friend convinced me to come here with her for lunch and the customer service alone will make you want to leave. Initially we went up to the counter to order and you start to hear murmuring from other customers who have been waiting an extended period of time to even order. My friend allowed them to order before her to be polite. We sat and waited for our food, I had to wait an extended period of time for my drink and by the time I got my food, I still had no drink. We saw a group people who came in well after us that seemed like their friends/regulars maybe and they got service that was much faster and nicer than the rest of us. They had a tray of empanadas dropped at their table meanwhile we didn’t have all our food or the other people who my friend let order before her. My food was not bad but not that great either. My friends food was much better but unfortunately she got her food after waiting almost 45 minutes. The man at the registered tried to explain that they were shortstaffed, which we were really trying to be understanding of, and we’re very nice the whole time, but the last straw was when my friend didn’t like her drink and they were trying to make her pay to switch it. If the customer service was better we would’ve been willing to try again another time but now I doubt it.

The food is outstanding! This is our second time going to the Galaxy Burger truck and we are so impressed. The people who work here are helpful and kind and the food we ordered was delicious. The best part…the servings are large enough for two meals, so we will have lunch tomorrow. We love this place.

Recently had the pleasure of trying Galaxy Burgers from their food truck, and it was an experience worth every bite. Felt like a burger so checked out this place. Food and shakes were really awesome. Ambience was great and fun music - reggaeton. Service a little slow for not being many people in, but it was cool.

Fantastic food! friendly service. Venezuelan teas are great. Today I tried the Picanha sub. It's loaded but the egg really set it off. served with 3 different sauces. The corn sauce was my favorite. I'll try a burger next trip.
