I’ve had this place a couple of times. Best kimchi in Jacksonville. Today, I ordered Tangsuyuk for delivery and it was amazing. Their banchan is on point too. Deserves more stars than 4.6.

Before diving into the electrifying energy of the Jacksonville Fall Out Boy concert, I made a pit stop at this cozy Korean restaurant. It was the perfect pre-show indulgence, treating myself to authentic flavors that left me fueled up and ready to rock the night away. With every bite, I knew I was in for a memorable evening of music and delicious food.Despite its unassuming exterior, stepping inside transports you to a world of bold flavors and pretty authentic Korean cuisine. To the first bite of perfectly seasoned kimchi, it’s clear that this place is a culinary treasure waiting to be discovered. Whether you’re craving the spicy kick of tteokbokki or the comforting warmth of a hearty bibimbap, every dish is a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Korea. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is its genuine hospitality and cozy ambiance. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.

Based purely on the quality of my order I am disappointed with what I received. $18 for three wings and lackluster fries is unacceptable. We’ve ordered from here before and it was great but those shows that it may have just been a fluke.

Ordered the Bim Bim Bap and Squid. Squid was delicious, served with black rice. The Bim Bim bap was good, it lacked a little flavor for my liking so I couldn’t give it a 5. The service was good, attentive staff. The location is small and cozy. It does not offer all you can eat Korean bbq if that’s what you are looking for.

From out of town and stopped here bc of the reviews - undeserving of the high reviews.Ordered beef bulgogi and diy ramen. Ramen presentation was terrible, looked like I was served slop; NO flavor, included minced beef and minced seafood. Please serve sliced beef and whole or sliced seafood, NOT minced - unnecessarily frugal. The beef bulgogi had one flavor, sweet. It was a plate of sweet meat. SMH. I have been to countless authentic Korean restaurants and albeit the owner is Korean was present, this restaurant’s food ranks bottom of the barrel - shame on her for slacking in the taste and presentation department. Two stars for the only Korean restaurant with the most variety of sides. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all.

We can't explain why there are so many good reviews. Maybe we came on a bad day. None of our food was good. The purple rice is horrible. There were 4 of us.
