Excellent service as always! It was not the full bar of items that it usually is, but what was available was still very good and tasty.
Save yourself the trip. The first thing I noticed was my feet sticking to the floor. The food was cold, prime rib-cold,not chewable. The oysters looked like pure salmonella in a shell. The crab legs were cold- fresh out of the steamer. Cheesecake was room temp at best.
Flies crawling out of the bowl of lettuce on the salad bar.
Just bad, dont do it...
Disappointed to say the least. Hot food was cold, cold food (cheesecake) was hot. Food was mushy and prime rib was not tender and it was spongy. The floor was sticky and the restrooms disgusting. The shellfish was like eat soft mushy butter. Will def not go back!

We were pleasantly surprised. Food was good and homemade. Charlie, the server was very attentive and nice, We will be back.
My wife loves their crab legs and I really like the prime rib. The service staff here is some of the best around. There are other things on the buffet but the crab legs and prime rib are the stars of the buffet.

Food was so so. Most things I had were luke warm. Nothing was labeled had to guess what I was eating. The music if you want to call it that from the bar/lounge area was so loud you couldn't talk to others at your table. Was also amazed that mixed drinks and wine came in plastic cups, maybe 4 ounce size. No more glass wine glasses. Cutting costs I guess Only plus was the waiter/waitress were pleasant and very attentive. Not sure we will ever come back.
The food was cold and stale as if it was under the light all day. Lacked variety and taste of food was bland
I’m sorry, but I’m trying to figure out where the good reviews are coming from. It looks like most of them are from years ago. I just ate here and, to say the least, I am extremely disappointed. $40 and the buffet has about 9 things on it. Half of them are some horrible Lima bean concoction, decent Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes. The cheesecake I chose for dessert tasted like it was pulled straight out of a freezer and was very bland.
If this buffet cost $20 I might have been ok, but at $40 this is a complete ripoff. Go to a different buffet. There are much tastier options out there for half the price.

Went for all you can eat crab legs in a Sat...it did not disappoint..great food and the people were so friendly and encouraging to eat eat eatt
I recently went to brunch at Gigi’s and was very disappointed. I used to enjoy their food, but the quality has gone way down. The buffet was limited, the food was cold and dry, and the pastries were just frozen bread. The fried chicken they advertise so heavily was the worst I’ve ever had. Sadly, I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

The buffet ended at 4:00. We arrived at 2:30. They were out of pecan pie, cheesecake, and some of the vegetables. My wife asked the carver for a slice of prime rib that was cooked medium. She got a golf-ball sized lump that was well done. The Pepsi was $2.50 extra and tasted watered down. Maybe it was sitting in ice too long. The service was good.
We've celebrated many father's day, Mother's Day over the years and most recently Easter at Gigi's . Even though staff seemed to be working hard we were led around the dining area without being able to be seated due to uncleared tables. Basing the menu off previous years , it was disappointing. I overheard many patrons asking if fried chicken was on the menu so I wasn't the only one missing items, peel and eat shrimp for another. The salad bar choices were subpar. The advertised cheesecake was gone before 1:00 pm. To add insult to injury, less choices, eating beside tables filled with dirty dishes and food, coffee wasn't even included. We will not be giving Gigi's another chance for some time in the future.
Food was good ! It was so busy but tables cleared quickly- water refilled constantly and an overall enjoyable experience
I was very disappointed @the brunch buffet. I was there with a group and no one was pleased with their food. Here are some complaints. The eggs were extremely hard and dark. The grits with cheese were salty, gumbo was nasty and looked like gravy, cake was dry and oxtails were not good either. The only thing that was good was the bacon. The buffet was overpriced compared with the quality. I would definitely not recommend it nor return.
Went to the comedy last night the waiter was very nice the atmosphere was nice but the food was terrible we had 10 wings and fries and the wings were hard they were burned they were not seasoned very well at all.. I also had two Hennessy margaritas and there was more margarita than there was Hennessy was not pleased... However my waiter she was very nice and polite
