I love the pool tables and had a blast but that always depends on who you're with. I have fun wherever I go, it's just my state of mind and determination to enjoy life lately

Worst bartender I’ve ever had in my 38 years of life she’s unapproachable unfriendly accuses you of drug use , when she’s OBVIOUSLY the one on something. I watched her ignore a couple for 15 minutes until they finally left and then she talked trash about them with everyone at the bar. Wow so disgraceful . The owner needs to pay attention and see for himself

Watched the bartender pour water and charge someone for Tito's... Then argue about it.

Rude bartenders if you're not a regular. Just overall do not recommend.

Nice little pub, good for sitting back relaxing and enjoying a couple of beers.

I kinda keep to myself, but I love this place and being around the people who hang out there.

Trashy. Smells like cigarettes when you walk in. Customer service sucks if you are an “other”. Pay in cash they always have sketchy women/men as cashiers and working the drive thru.

Hole in the wall place for me I love this bar comfy and you can smoke in it and take home some liquor 🥃

One of the few drive thru spots left in jacksonville. Super convenient and has a pool hall in the back if you’re into that. Been going here for years. Jacksonville staple.

I would like to start by mentioning that my one star review is to be taken as a minus one star review. I most recently had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru with a very rude gentlemen who claims to be the owner. He was willing to argue with me because I referred to the "99 Fruit Punch" as "99 Bananas", which is in fact the wrong terminology, but decided to reject my business by closing the drive-thru window because I simply told him that my phrase for referring to the "99 Fruit Punch" wasn't to his liking. Unsatisfactory service. I will not be returning as long as this is the management. I will also be seeking further disciplinary action against your establishment. Golden Ox Liquor, Do better.
