Refreshing especially during this time that feels like 104*F, friendly and very accommodating lady staff

I love Gong Cha so much. This place has better boba tea than anywhere else in JAX. Lots of other places are just overly sweet smoothies and stuff, but this place is ACTUALLY tea, AND smoothies, AND coffee. Everything is insanely customizable as well.

Be adventurous here, it pays off better and better every time.
Wintermelon is an amazing choice every time.
Also the brown sugar milk tea styled iced coffee. Hello, if you've never tried it, change your life for me real quick and give it a sip.

Gong cha is authentic boba tea. Never gotten stale boba from them in my life and I've been a patron to many of them across the states for a very long time.

Solid, reliable, with good staff who gets stuff done.

I have tried the GongCha franchise in other cities, but the GongCha at Jacksonville is the best. The staffs are great, the shop is so clean, especially the drink is so good. Highly recommended to who haven’t tried it yet

They gave me a glass with a hole in it and tea poured on me. I asked them to make me some new tea, they simply poured the tea into another glass.

Great tea spot. The boba was good and chewy and the tea had a deep flavor (not so watered down). The service was fast and pleasant. Would recommend.

Just went in here for the first time and had a great experience. Melanie was super sweet and thoughtful! Any employer would be lucky to have her! My drink was also very tasty.

It is the only one in Jacksonville and despite this, it was empty. The service and the drinks: good. I did not like the place, the chairs were not comfortable and they had board games but they were disorganized and incomplete, so we could not play.

This 1 star is because of staff. I love the tea here but I’m finding myself not wanting to come back because the staff is rude and unfriendly. The last straw was the door being open 5 minutes before opening and being yelled at saying we don’t open until 11. Like it’s cold outside. At least say we don’t open until 11 but have a seat. But nothing no apology and I’ve had it with the staff here like hire someone else.

just so happened to stop by the store and i tried the seasonal pumpkin boba, it was the best pumpkin drink i’ve ever gotten from Anywhere! went back the same day with my boyfriend and he said the same, the boba is perfect, sometimes i find stores don’t fully cook the boba especially when the store focuses mostly on boba weirdly enough, but the boba was warm and just absolutely 10/10 best boba drink i’ve had

The milk tea was decent enough, but the employees were rude and they had inappropriate music playing. Definitely not what I was expecting and I won't be back.

The boba and Waffle Bubble Wrap were delicious! There were a lot of choices and the people working there were so kind too ☺️

Kid-friendliness: There were games for both kids and adults!
My daughter also loved the Waffle Bubble Wrap
