Came in on a weekday morning and was immediately welcome. The space has a clean look. There were lots of different options from St. Patrick Day festivities. I opted for the matcha vanilla and coffee. The matcha wasn't pronounced as I hoped and texture more dense. The coffee though was bold, love. Definitely will try again while in the area.

I would have gave them zero stars, I drove completely out of my way to get donuts for a client, there were two people in the back, one making coffee, and two customers sitting at a table, even if both people in the back were making their food, you have someone standing there for 10 minutes at 730 help them. Customer service is key.

Good dough has one of the best donuts in Jax! More expensive but specialty donuts are worth it! They are open at 7am which is always a plus to grab those for work

We tried the brown butter donut and the lemon meringue layered donut. The meringue seemed to have a texture closer to marshmallow puff than an actual meringue. I was delighted to find that the donut actually had a lemon custard-y filling. Both donuts were soft, light, and delicious.The coffee was okay, and the nitro cold brew was smooth (as one would expect for a nitro cold brew).The staff were very nice and helpful.Seating was all completely full so we had to order to-go, which wasn't that huge of a deal since they were closing within the next hour anyways, just a surprise that it was so busy that I couldn't sit down.I'd definitely like to try one of their donut sandwiches in the future.

We’ve been here several times and the staff is always friendly. Some of the best doughnuts in Jax. When it’s busy you may have trouble finding a parking spot, so be ready just in case. This is one of the gems of San Marco and you should check it out if you haven’t already.

I wanted to say that these are some of the best doughnuts that I’ve ever tried. Now pair that with the great customer service that I received from Julia today, makes me a loyal customer. Julia personality is so bubbly and at the same time she is promoting the business she works at by simple just talking to customers and telling them to tag “Good Dough”. As a customer service rep as well, I absolutely love how she runs the front of house. Thank you Julia and Good Dough for hiring such a friendly and competent personnel to represent your business?

I was trying to refrain from bashing your establishment, but since you are being rude…The service I received was very subpar, rude, demeaning, discriminatory, and prejudice. I am a very reasonable person, but I will not be belittled or ignored. I do understand the guidelines even when they are only applied to me and not to the rest of your constituents. However, there is a way that you speak to customers when informing them of a policy. I have seen other individuals who do not look like me bring their pets (i.e. not service dogs) inside your business and they did not receive the same treatment I did. I was not aware of the policy but I definitely understand the reasoning for the policy. My issue is not with the policy but with the way that I was treated.Furthermore, the donuts are good and my favorite is the strawberry champagne. The coffee is disgusting, I tried the vanilla latte with coconut milk. Which seemed spoiled. The parking could be a lot better, and your professionalism needs work. Have a wonderful day ?

The food was ok bought the avocado breakfast and a couple of doughnuts with 2 coffees. The doughnuts had good flavor but at ~$5 each not that good. Will try again; first experience was just so-so.
