Placed an order through their website and was told after an hour waiting that 4 Uber eats drivers canceled and I had to call them and find out that my order was canceled with no notice from the store or the Uber drivers. Unacceptable. And I still haven't received a refund either

Terrible place to go to do not recommend, woman preparing food touching washcloth and then touching food not changing gloves ??‍♀️no food safety practice at all and the prices are crazy if you don't believe me go in there and watch them prepare your food

The turkey burger was bangin the fries was trash and the wings were bland and not crispy... gonna try it one more time and see

I was introduced to this place by a client when I tried their stromboli. 10/10 I loved it. However, today I decided to go there with my mom because I wanted a stromboli since I loved it the last time. We did arrive there a little early unknowingly so we just waited in subway until they opened, instead of going in there right at 11 (the time they open) we decided to wait a little, trying to be considerate but when we decided it was right to go in they still weren't inside and I started to think they were closed for the day due to their own reasons. But when my mom was like "where are they?" Confused on why they weren't opened yet, I'm guessing the woman who was the owner screamed from down the sidewalk quite rudely "I'm right here!". Ofc me and my mom gave each other THAT look like "uhm okay?". None the less me being the person I am I didn't let that stop me from getting what I wanted and looked past her rude behavior. One when you're running a business, you're supposed to be prepared to open before the opening time because you never know who's going to literally come in at your scheduled opening time. Our cashier was Latrell (as it says on my receipt) she was cool and she wasn't rude like the other lady was. I didnt like the wings, they tasted unseasoned and the sauce was overwhelming, the stromboli was good though. I won't be going back because of the poor customer service and rude behavior, the atmosphere was off and you can't have good food and a nasty attitude, nobody would want to come near your business if your attitude isn't good. Also I felt like they should've had a sign outside that said no dine-in to let people know that they couldn't eat inside and it was take out only. Also their tea is amazing.

I was so excited to go to this new place in the neighborhood too but I was highly disappointed. The fries were overcooked, there was no type of sauce for the hamburger, not to mention that chicken tenders are sorry excuse to be tenders they're so thin and small. I was very disappointed with the fact that these are two owners of a restaurant and don't even know the first thing about food safety when the woman that was preparing my food had the same glove she was using to clean the counters with the sanitize rag putting her hands in the food to dress the hamburger and then the fries and put my burger on the grill to cook. That's called cross-contamination and the prices are so high you have to pay $3 for a canned soda never going back here ever again and they need to get their food safety license redone

Calzone was poorly prepared, chicken wings was poorly presented, sweet tea was delicious. They will not be getting any more of my service, very expensive for a my husband ordered a calzone it was nasty he will not eat it, five wings, a bottle of sweet tea . My order was stromboli was dry, it was undercooked, wings was fatty, sweet tea was delicious. For a total of 33.06 money down the drain.

Ordered delivery this evening and the Cobb salad was not delivered with the rest of the order. We called to ask about getting the salad and was told by the girl that answered the phone that we would need to come and get it, because they were about to close. If I wanted to leave the house, I wouldn't have ordered delivery......and I wouldn't have paid their delivery fee. The food was acceptable, but the service is just wrong. I live 1.2 miles away, which isn't far. The driver could've easily brought the salad. This was my first time ordering from them and sadly will be my last. I'm simply not about bad customer service.

food poisoning from there on Friday evening philly steak meat gave me stomach virus. Stuck into the bedroom all weekend long. Just got over it today
