Best time we’ve had in Jax! We’ve lived here for 1.5+ years and we just finally
made it to this gem of a place. Tasia, our bartender, was ON IT! We tried different beers, got a tour of this crazy place (ask for the tour!) and made new friends. We had several beers and the onion petals, which were delicious. Easy laid back atmosphere with great service. We will be back for sure.

MY THANES, today my travels led me to a place out of Dr. Seuss books, where Willy Wonka himself would feel whimsical, let me tell you this wondrous place knows portion to price if you come, come HUNGRY, unfortunately I have only 3 complaints my first being please you whacky wielders of meat season the Philly steak meat anything separate yourself from the pack, and two almost everything was overcooked from the bacon to the cheese sticks, and three it took over an hour from order to home which I understand due to it big a large order, all in all I will be returning to try more of your curious creations and delectable desserts so be prepared you crazy crafters of fabulous foods, till next time my thanes happy hunting, and stay HUNGRY.

Was there yesterday for the 1st time. The ambiance is amazing, service meh, food not impressed.
I have never been to a bar, or a Brewery where if you ask for a sample of beer from a tap that charges you for it. My gf ordered the gyro, it was not lamb meat it looked like pressed hamburger. I ordered lumpia and armadillo eggs. Lumpia was on point, armadillo eggs took way too much time to come out and then the bacon on it wasn't even cooked. I took 1 bite and pushed it away, raw bacon and something ridiculously hot was on it. I like heat but my mouth was on fire. Not like it was busy, there were maybe 10 customers in the whole place. All food should come out at same time especially when they're appetizers.

Our server, Marcy, was very kind & welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Her customer service was top-notch! My husband & I were pleased with our meals & drinks. I'll definitely come back & ask for Marcy.

This place is slowly becoming my new favorite. The Guttyworks side of the restaurant is very cool and steampunky. The food is Excellent. The fries are actually exceptional and I'd go there just to eat them honestly.
The service on the Guttyworks side is been great as well, but recently I was sat on the other side of the restaurant which I will dub the "Kickbacks side" and honestly, it was a COMPLETE tone shift. It's definitely got a more bar-like feel, but not in a good way. The lighting was waaaaay too dim and the blue lighting was more headache inducing than cool. We also waited FOREVER for our server. Every time they left we'd wait 20-30 minutes in-between just to see them again. I actually had to get up to go find someone when we wanted the checks. Overall forgotten about on the kickback side of the restaurant.

Terrible service. Great atmosphere, but what does that matter if service is bad.

We planned a dinner here to meet up with some friends before a concert. Upon entering, we knew this place was cool, the decor was eclectic. Pennies are glued to the wall in artistic fashion. The exposed piping and industrial vibes were all over the dining area. The waitress was excellent, ready to give recommendations when asked. The menu is just as eclectic as the atmosphere, something for everybody! Lots of beer and cocktail options. The food was delicious, I got the Jake and Bake, and it didn't disappoint, very flavorful. The fries are delicious as well. We have another concert downtown in a month, and we will be going back.

Food is great, and the draft beer selection is superb! We've tried several items from the eclectic menu, and all were delicious. One of our favorite spots in downtown Jacksonville.

A truly wonderful place with great staff and food
Used to be one of my favorite late night places … not anymore … they charge an extra fee after I believe 10:00pm and the food is not as good as it used to be it’s like they have a wide variety of foods but the quality is poor. Waited forever to be seated and it was not busy table was not clean . But on the flip side we had a great waitress. I will never ever go back here and it kind of sucks that a place that was actually good had gone to shambles
