Came by today and the lady behind the counter was in no hurry to help us at all. Took her sweet time. Didn’t even greet us or anything. Then said what do you want. We got our cookies and left. But I will take the time to leave a review. That was bad service.

The cookies at Great American Cookies are so good, but Jenna, the manager/decorator at the Avenues location, is the #1 reason I order cookie cakes for special occasions. She’s so talented!! Her designs are always thoughtfully crafted, and far beyond what I could imagine. I love picking up the cakes to see what she’s created! Thank you Jenna-you add so much joy to our family gatherings!

Can I give 10 stars?? This place is fantastic and who doesn't love cookie cake?! I wish they had more locations.They are great with custom ordering and their website is easy to use. I've gotten several custom orders from here and they even had a little card for the birthday boy and signed it!

My favorite place for cookies especially the oatmeal & raisin and the chocolate chip w/ pecans

Excellent service as always! I called when they opened this morning at 11, and picked up my customized Halloween themed birthday cake at 1pm! Jenna, the cake decorator, did a fantastic job with “Halloween themed birthday cake” being the only specifications from me. Couldn’t be happier with this cake!

I bought this cookie cake for my nephew’s 10th birthday and we are obsessed with it! So cute, the lady who made this cookie cake went above and beyond. The only requests I had was to have blue and a fish on it, and she delivered and more! So amazing! Thank you so much for making the small details to create a big reaction, and core memory for us.

We went into the Avenues Mall location and ordered our cookie cake. We were not sure what we would be getting as they didn't have a normal stencil for a cow. When we arrived to pick it up, it was better than we could have imagined! They did an outstanding job freehanding the cow and my daughter is beyond thrilled with this cookie cake! Thank you for making a thirty year olds day complete!

I order regularly from GAC and they do a great job every time! they’re really good about accommodating special design requests … and who doesn’t love a cookie cake?!

Got a ‘sugar cookie cake’ and was disappointed, here’s why: sprinkles were sparsely spread out, cookie super thin, and it was undercooked… would not recommend TBH… Design was cute tho
