The cookies at Great American Cookies are so good, but Jenna, the manager/decorator at the Avenues location, is the #1 reason I order cookie cakes for special occasions. She’s so talented!! Her designs are always thoughtfully crafted, and far beyond what I could imagine. I love picking up the cakes to see what she’s created! Thank you Jenna-you add so much joy to our family gatherings!

Can I give 10 stars?? This place is fantastic and who doesn't love cookie cake?! I wish they had more locations.They are great with custom ordering and their website is easy to use. I've gotten several custom orders from here and they even had a little card for the birthday boy and signed it!

Jenna, the cake decorator, did a fantastic job with “Halloween themed birthday cake” being the only specifications from me. Couldn’t be happier with this cake!

We went into the Avenues Mall location and ordered our cookie cake. We were not sure what we would be getting as they didn't have a normal stencil for a cow. When we arrived to pick it up, it was better than we could have imagined! They did an outstanding job freehanding the cow and my daughter is beyond thrilled with this cookie cake! Thank you for making a thirty year olds day complete!

Got a ‘sugar cookie cake’ and was disappointed, here’s why: sprinkles were sparsely spread out, cookie super thin, and it was undercooked… would not recommend TBH… Design was cute tho
Every year we order a cookie cake for our son’s birthday from Great American Cookie at The Avenues Mall, and every year they have done an outstanding job. No matter what theme I throw at them, they are always creative, do an amazing job decorating and it’s always delicious, too. This years waterpark themed cake turned out so cute!! Thank you so much for always helping to make his birthday party a success.

They make these cakes SUPER thin now! When you slice the cake it breaks because it's too thin. I've been purchasing these cakes for years. They have drastically changed their model and compromised the integrity of their product. It's not the cake you grew up on. So disappointed.
