Really nice restaurant. The waiter was professional and attentive. We did not have to wait for refills. The food was fresh and hot. Went there for Thanksgiving dinner. Recommend anyone waiting Thai cuisine.

We have been waiting months and months for Green Papaya in Longwood to finally open and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the wait! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was calming, and so thoughtfully designed. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out beautifully presented. Between the delicious food, the gorgeous plating, and the relaxing atmosphere, it completely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! 🍣✨❤️

Pros:
- Nice decor
- Good portion sizes
- Delicious tom kha soup

Cons:
- Not very vegetarian-friendly — menu items aren’t clearly marked, and even the server seemed unsure
- Pad Thai was overly sweet
- Green curry was nothing memorable

Overall, not a place I’d return to.

Visiting my sister for my birthday from South Florida, and she brought me to one of her favorite spots.
We had the amazing curry with white rice and roti — everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
I’ll definitely be stopping by again on my next trip to Jacksonville!

Had the Singapore noodles and added squid to it. Their Thai hot was only mild. The calamari was okay. It was too thin for the amount of time it was cooked. But I would go here again

I ordered golden curry with shrimp on a Saturday afternoon and the container came half full, the shrimp were overcooked so much so they were like mash potatoes in my mouth, the onions and bell peppers were sour tasting. I could tell immediately upon opening it when I got home that it didn't look fresh. Very disappointed that they'll serve you spoiled food. I won't be back!!

I had been to the Green Papaya north several times with friends. I always take friends with me to enjoy dinner. Their pan fried dumplings are delicious. I have always order General Tsao's chicken because it really is very good. I have always asked for extra sauce on the side with no issue. Last time I was there, they decided that they are going to charge $8. Extra for additional sauce. I asked to speak to the manager, the young woman told me that she was the manager. I explained that I am there with a group of friends every couple of weeks and I was happy to pay a dollar or two extra but not an additional $8 for sauce with my food. The so called manager would not flex or work with me at all. I told the manager that we were regular customers, she said she knew that our group was there often. I can say that we will not return to that restaurant. This manager made it quite clear that the Green Papaya does not need our business and has lost the business of myself and our group of friends. I also went on their website and sent a message to the owners and have never gotten a response. In a restaurant environment, I wouldn't think you would want to alienate regular customers.
