Awful experience. These guys had the menu on Uber eats. We ordered our meal, 40 mins later it was cancelled. We ordered again, cancelled within 5 mins. So I called the restaurant, they answered put me on hold for 3 mins, then when I spoke to them, they stated that they weren’t on Uber eats and I was lying. They said, I haven’t got time for this and hung up on me…. I’ll leave it there. That’s how they treat customers.

Overall, decent take out Chinese. Really loved our entrees, the sesame chicken and lo mein dinner combinations. Egg roll and fried rice were great! Would definitely order again. Unfortunately, appetizers were lacking . Crab cheese wontons and pork wonton filling were pretty bad. Texture on the wrapper was chewy and super greasy, freezer burned taste. Filling was lacking. Hot and Sour had a weird taste. Overall, would come back but only for entrees. Unfortunately, appetizers are a must. Still looking for that good good Americanized Chinese in Jax.

Today was my first visit here, it was not good. The rice was super soft and you could tell it was just reheated, teriyaki beef sticks were very dry and tasted funny. I feel this business needs to get away from reheating their food and cook fresh. I will find another restaurant from now out. The service was very nice yet the food was not great

I have given green tea soooooo much of my money. ??? but, let me tell you...i will do it again and again and again and again. We ❤️❤️❤️ their food. The egg drop soup is AMAZING. the lo mein, swear I have gone to heaven.. Don't even waste your time on the rice, just order the lo mein. ??The Mongolian beef, hubby said was amazing. ??? And all the egg rolls and spring rolls and crab rangoons, delicious. Trust me!
After years of coming here and placing to go orders they still have amazing food. Even placing orders on the phone the service here is always super quick. They food is always hot and freshly prepared. The workers are always friendly and they strive to get you your food in a quickly manor.
