We moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and were really disappointed in the lack of Haitian food places. We stumbled upon this hidden gem at the Trout River Food Park. It was worth every penny. We will definitely be back and will be happy to recommend it to others! If you love good Haitian food this is the place for you! Flavorful good portions freshly prepared tender chunks of pork in the griot. Not fake or Americanized! I loved it!!! ? ???????

I finally decided to stop and get some food after telling my wife everytime we go to Sam's club I want to try that. today I got the large chicken curry. I was not let down the food was amazing. the tray was loaded up with food. the rice was cooked to perfection. the chicken was was even better had a great taste and the meat was practically falling off the bone. my favorite part of the dish was the plantains. this was my first time having plantains and they were amazing. I look forward to trying other dishes in the future.

I just want to say I ran across this food truck on accident. I was NOT disappointed. I had the goat curry. My husband had the curry chicken. The portions that you get are amazing. The taste was out of this world. The customer service was phenomenal. Thank you for making our day. If you want to try this, you will not be disappointed.

When I went to pick up my food..and waiting for 20+ min..I was told that what I ordered they didn’t have. Then I asked if they had another item I can get in its place..I was told they didn’t have that either…they didn’t have any beef patties..what I did end up with was oxtail..they were just ok not meaty at all. The rice was really good though

Let me preface by saying I normally don't order out just because I am usually disappointed by the food. But today, I saw the truck and said what the heck, I'll just order something.Well, I ordered the Griot(fried pork chunks) lunch plate with Rice and beans. It was so delicious! 5 stars, chefs kiss ?? 10/10 I will definitely order again. All of it was great. The pork was so flavorful and crispy, but tender on the inside, and the rice was just perfect. I would like to order a whole pan please ? it was that good.

I ordered 3 plates from this restaurant and before I ordered it I was asking information what it came with, when I got my food I received it with no meat and had no seasoning and no taste to it. It was the first and the last time I’m ordering from them??
