Grinders has incredible food! The service is amazing and the prices are pretty reasonable. You get a lot! We will always go back whenever we can.

Nice good but$20+ for an omelette is way overpriced. We won't be back...$71 total for three people for breakfast. Nope! You got us once but never again.

Tucked back off the main road is this hidden local diner that serves up breakfast favorites. Had sausage egg and cheese sandwich with a bowl of grits. Very reasonably priced and the service was great.

Unimpressed. Only had one meal there and won't be returning. My Texas toast was burnt on one side and also had an odd taste and smell. Mac & cheese was bland and the gravy was just bad. The collard greens were excellent and the service good. My colleague had the ham steak and said it was good but the portions didn't match the price for the quality.

Always a good place for breakfast, will make to order or order off menu. Atmosphere is older usually with work crews on occasions. Pricing is good, restaurant been here a long time they obviously been doing something right. Servers are polite, respectful and attentive. I definitely recommend.

I went to Grinder’s American Diner while visiting Jacksonville, and it really had that old-school diner feel. The portions were generous, and the food tasted homemade, especially the breakfast plates. The service was friendly and relaxed, and it felt like the kind of place locals go often. Nothing fancy, just a comfortable spot to enjoy a good meal.

The place looks nice inside out.I I wish the food taste better, it's my first time and my last. The food on the table was $46 something was not right, Just look at my plate I got rob out of bacon, eggs didn't have any taste, grits were the only thing good beside the bacon. My advice do not waste your money or time and go some where better. Hopefully this review helps save someone else an hour of there time anda disappointment.
