There's a self playing piano and comfortable chairs to enjoy your coffee and a book. 11/10 would come back again

Quesadilla was great albeit very messy. I would recommend using the silverware they give you that was an oversight on my part. The quinoa salad was amazing as well, but my matcha was not stirred very well. The food was great but be prepared for LA worthy prices.

One of the best coffees in the JAX area, fast service, and such a friendly barista! It is inside an office building, but there are a few seating areas.

Cappuccino was good. The blueberry muffin was not. It had been previously frozen and had tasted like freezer burn. Had to throw it out. Might order coffee again, would skip any food.

the service was great but the security guard is very rude and made my experience very uncomfortable i will not be coming back for this reason
This was a very nice store with a surprisingly diverse menu. It has a unique sitting area in a type of indoor courtyard. Very good food and coffee.
First time and last time. Good morning, I said to the woman who's name I will not mention and then proceeded to order a small Blueberry late and one large Blueberry late. The woman took my order and said it would be up in a few minutes. $11.98 for the two drinks. Not a problem. Drinks came out and they both were the same size 8oz cup. My wife said, he ordered a large, she said lates only come in one size, which was an 8oz paper cup. So one , she should have clarified that when I ordered. Two, nearly $6 for 8oz late makes Starbucks a great deal. Three she did not care that the price charged did not reflect the prices on the wall when I pointed it out. I do not mind paying for something as long as I do not get ripped off. In this case I got ripped off and below average customer service. I will make sure to grab a Starbucks on the way in that patron this place in my new office.
Please try the breakfast caserole. It’s amazing. The coffe is great as well and they have good prices. Pretty setting too.

This is a tiny coffee shop at the ground floor of the downtown Bank of America tower. They don't have much for inside seating - it's a small place - but there is an adjacent "outside" atrium where I was able to spend a bit of time and power up my phone/laptop while working. Friendly service and my cortado - in a ceramic cup! - was excellent. Great coffee and at 8am, just the jump start I needed to start the day.
Parking: Metered street parking and paid garages nearby.

Saturday morning and just wanted to get an Americano. It was good service and the pastries look delicious. The scone was tasty....white chocolate raspberry.
Got a cold brew which tasted good! Friendly customer service. Only real negative is that there isn’t much seating nearby.
This is a delightful downtown gem. The coffee and pastries are top tier, but the service is even better.
They need to hire a grown up. The baristas as flirting with a bank executive which was holding up orders.
