We’ve visited this coffee shop multiple times since we live in the area. Unfortunately, on each visit, we’re met with not so friendly employees. The barista behind the bar today 11/2 at 12pm had a horrible attitude. Even with the most simple coffee order. Previously I had let it go and figured the person was having a bad day but it's been 4-5 visits with months in between. I worked at a local coffee shop at the beaches so I understand customer service. Even on my worst days I could flash a smile and be nice to the customers. We will not support this coffee shop anymore due to the lack of customer service.

The coffee is always great, and I especially love that they are welcoming to kids, even having toys to entertain them! So glad they are in the neighborhood!

The toasted marshmallow mocha was amazing! They handwrite little messages on the cups which I think is absolutely uplifting. Merchandise is available inside to purchase and is a great internet cafe where you can sit and get some work done in a peaceful environment.

Dietary restrictions: They have other options besides whole milk like oat and almond milk.

Today I visited a coffee shop called Grounds of Grace. It's a beautiful little cafe in the Arlington area of jacksonville. It generates revenue to be able to fund outreach ministries in the Jacksonville North side for women and children.

As far as their store goes, take a look at the pictures and video. It has such a great setup and their coffee is fantastic. When you have some time and you're driving through Jacksonville, slide over here and grab a cup of espresso. Tell them Hanks sent you!

Quick and quiet. Nice way to start the day. Service was fast and the environment was nice good place for a brief morning coffee meeting. Plenty of seating for groups or by yourself. Just grabbed a quick coffee and headed in to work. Was in and out. Will be going back.

Just moved to Jax and discovered this coffee shop because of JU, and let me tell you! IT’S AMAZING!!! I don’t normally get coffee so I tried their strawberry lemonade (w syrup) and it was amazing. I also tried their chocolate muffin and blueberry muffin and they’re both 10/10. The prices are great, the atmosphere is great, everything is great. I’ll definitely visit often because it’s close to the campus :) ?

I forgot the woman’s name but she was awesome. She has a bit of blonde in her hair lol. But she recommended a coffee with coconut milk in it and it was incredible!

I’ve been going to GOG since it opened! The coffee-making skills have definitely improved, and I must say their shaken espresso tops the one I normally get at Starbucks. As a JU student, it’s in the perfect spot, they offer a student discount, and the employees are simply the best. Speedy service, amazing environment, and some of the best coffee in Jax. They host fun events as well!

Amazing spot! Great drinks and deals! If you're in the area, perfect on the go spot. We had a delicious fruity refreshing caffeine icee drink!
