We came in late, about 15-20 minutes before closing, and there was just another couple in the restaurant. Regardless of the timing, service was spot on and the food was too. I’ve been here many times, and highly recommend, they never miss.

Stopped in just to get some loaded fries. The closest thing they had was Nacho loaded fries. Totally TRASH, this had to be the worst representation of loaded fries known to man. Totally inedible, threw the entire meal in the garbage. Wouldn't serve it to a dog.

Always make a stop here when in Jacksonville however this last visit I as disappointed. Arrived around 5:30 when it was busy. My Doddy Melt was in such toasted bread that it was as crispy as Melba toast! The patty’s were overcooked. Adding to the miss was the fact that my wife ordered a salad bowl with a vegan patty (clearly explaining her dietary restrictions to the girl taking the order). It was served with melted cheese over the patty.

My favorite burger place in Jacksonville. Great atmosphere, service, and I recommend the Llano poblano burger, but they’re all very good.
