The best Hardee’s experience I’ve had in a long while was at the Norwood location. Clean, very friendly and excellent service. Communication between the colleagues was productive and cohesive. There were clearly some regular customers in the lobby and they were being taken care of with respect and courtesy. My order was quick, correct and delicious.

I agree with the lady about Willie he doesn't seem to be happy where he at. That happen yesterday but today I came and got 2 chicken sandwich to take to work and it wasn't done.

The service from Willie the manager was rude and seriously needs to be investigated by the franchise owner because I'm sure they don't want their business represented so poorly by their restaurant manager. It's so bad that the community knows his name which is how I found out that his name is Willie. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal and a sausage biscuit. He started with his attitude at the drive through window when he told me to pull around after I asked if he added the sausage biscuit to my order. Then when I get to the window they pulled me forward and made me wait. But at least the cashier at the window and the guy who brought my food out were professional and kind, I saw at least 2 cars pull out of the line because they were tired of waiting. I finally get to the window and Willie was giving attitude to workers. To add further insult to the situation, my chicken biscuit was converted to a chicken sandwich on a bun with pickles and mayonnaise that I did NOT ask for along with an order of fries that I also didn't ORDER. If your manager is going to have an attitude he could at least get the orders correct.

This Hardee's in Norwood is the worst Hardee's in Jacksonville, The guy today at the speaker rushing me was rushing the person that was in front of me as well, I ordered grits when I get to my destination I have no spoon, The customer service sucks,

Terrible Experience that I had to encounter minutes ago from the manager himself!
I would rate this establishment a zero if I could. I was sitting in the dining room area in a spot that I have been sitting at for the past 2 days when I come to eat.
The manager had an issue with where I was sitting and went back to the one of the employees saying “you didn’t tell her to move”. The manager returned to me and directly said “I have been sitting in his spot for the last few days and I could move to a different seat so he could sit in his spot”. I simply just gathered my belongings and left.
I have never witnessed anything from an establishment and any chemically balanced human begin in my life, and I am very disappointed and I will contacting cooperate for this matter.
Please note, if you chose to eat at this location. Don’t sit on the high tables on the left hand corner. That is their managers spot… ridiculous!
