Downloaded the app. Ordered ahead. Went in, noone spoke to me. They took 4 groups of people before me. I finally asked one emplo6about my order. She told the front counter girl I was there. The front girl said " he'll have to wait." In all I waited for about 25 minutes. Even though the food was already made. Never treated that way at any other Hardees.

Today I was buying breakfast as I usually do because I go there every day and buy my breakfast but it already happened to me once and I left it a secret because the truth is I like their food but today they served me a burger again raw and it's disgusting 🤢 I started something like that and it just so happens that it happened on today's shift just like last time's, it's disgusting that they have people who work. So I think I will no longer accept a third and I will not go to this place again. Please revive their food before Irce the place so they don't waste their money.

Very judgemental and rude . It's raining and it's cold stopped in for 2 biscuit and so I was waiting for the rain to stop so we can go and the rude shift leader said no camping .
Order number 22758337548360. One of the better staffed kitchen staff I’ve seen but just utter chaos. The “manager” yelling to get it together. Long wait. Just uncomfortable. So sad. Your breakfast is good. Not happy that you shorted us on the Cinnamon biscuits. Was the same size as a regular biscuit but now smaller and of course costs more. The photo I sent was when we got our food at 11:02. Order was printed at 10:44. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Stopped in for lunch and went in to wash my hands. I felt the urge to use the facility. I was yelled at for doing so by a female employee trying to clean the restroom. She was not in there when I went in but was not pleased that I was when she went in later to clean. May be a good idea to use a closed sign or out of order in the future.

Wow 🤩 amazing!! Nigeria is something different..she comes out and Greet us and talk to us..she make you feel like home..she brings our food to the table..food always hot and fresh..wonderful staff..if I could I would give them a million stars

Ms.Brenda in the drive thru is such an amazing woman, she is always smiling, caring and compassionate. She makes my day when I stop for breakfast!!!
If you want yummy burgers for a good price - that's the place where you should definitely go! I just find out it!
